I'm still figuring out the details, but it's a great platform and my rep Duane Fancy is incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I have. 5 stars for him and for the ease of gett... See more

Financeit is an amazing partner and asset to our business. Very easy to deal with over the phone as well as an extremely user friendly portal for loans. I have, and will continue to highly recommend them to other businesses.

It took 3 weeks to approve this loan. It was notified to us that the ID of the customer could not be verified. After 2 emails and 6 phone calls it was finally approved.

Had called 5 times over the course of 3 days wasn't getting any answers, until my customer called me saying that the bank called and rudley told him to get the documents, customer was about to withdraw the deal as they were spoke rudely to, please in the future update the dealer not the customer,

Customer service is quite poor. Person sounded annoyed and rude on the phone. Sent some information via email and did not get 1 reply. Interest rate is also very high, over 11%. Wound not bank with Financeit again.

Their biggest fail is that their interest rates are the highest in the market. The saving grace is that they offer the longest terms as well.

ease of use, customer service and credit accountability.
Peter and Duane are amazing!

I have been trying to setup my company with these guys for weeks, everytime I call to setup they say "one of our account managers will call you"
Never get a call. I call again, they say they same thing. I email, I get 0 response. Don't know what type of company this is or how they view customer service, but it is awful.

Very easy to obtain financing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after the fact. Have paid my load in full (evidence provided) three years early and FinanceIt 'can't find it'. Payments continue to be removed from my bank account and NSF charges are applied with stop payment. This company actually owes me money and not one single person can be reached by phone other than a rep that claims they are not allowed to transfer calls. The rep just repeats the same scripted line over and over offering no help, no support and zero compassion. I'm not interested in a reply via trustpilot stating they are sorry. I deserve an actual phone call with a real solution. FinanceIt has actually LOST thousands of dollars of my money and not one person seems to think that is a problem. Interest is accruing on my account that has been paid in full for a couple of weeks now and not even an offer of putting my account in some kind of hold status until they find my money. Nothing. Highly unprofessional, very difficult to reach anyone, very long phone holds, email responses take at least a week, etc.....Once they have that contract signed, you are nothing more than a bank account to these folks. I have used this company a few times with no issues but I will never use them again nor would I recommend them again.

Working together with finance is a pleasure for the most part. The only negative feedback I get is the rate of finance. Is it a possibility to get a more competitive rate?

Easy to use, competent staff, great customer service. Favourite bank to use.

Locked in with a financing solution over the past few years, have been the perfect customer. Loan paid off in full 3 months ago. Financeit delinquent in releasing their obligations to the file, took a view from my finance institution to bring to light their delinquent practices. Customer service extremely poor, unprofessional & lack responsibility from management up to CEO Casper Wong who was informed personally of matter and has chosen to not respond. Emails and conversations recorded as evidence. Poor culture.
Do NOT recommend their services. They will not meet their obligations. One thing to finance, another to operate with integrity. BE CAUTIOUS
