I came to this company for a simple consolidation loan in 2020 and instead I was pushed into an IVA during Covid when life was already stressful enough. I trusted what they told me about being secure for 5 years and writing off my debt.... its now 2026 and this hasn't happened.
I feel so confused, scammed and stuck with this.
You never speak to the same person twice. Every time you email, it’s someone new who has no idea what the last person said. You end up repeating yourself over and over, and the information changes depending on who you get
They previously demanded my partner’s personal financial information for my financial reviews, even though the IVA is only mine, his debts and own bills didn’t matter. It felt intrusive and completely wrong, this stopped when my partner refused to share his information.
I was even accused of breaching my IVA over a car finance agreement that wasn’t mine. They dropped it with no apology, leaving me stressed and panicking for months for absolutely nothing.
They keep pushing equity release at the end too, even though it makes no sense for my situation considering my debt was around £15k and ive paid more than that back. It honestly feels like they’re trying to squeeze every last bit out of me instead of helping me finish.

And now I have asked how much it would cost to settle, they wont even tell me. They refuse to give a figure unless I explain exactly where the money would come from. After 5.5 years, the fact they can’t give a simple settlement amount or just supported me to end this is unbelievable.
This whole experience has taken a real toll on my mental health. The stress of this has left me feeling overwhelmed and suicidal. It’s affected me and my family more than they’ll ever understand.

Do not use this IVA firm! Go to Step Change or Citizens advice!

Having the Iva was a blessing but I made a mistake so it took 6yrs which I fully accept, it’s now taking them so long to close my Iva after my last payment, it’s going to be 6.5 to 7yrs if I ever get the completion certificate and during that time their still hassling me trying to find and ppi or anything they can get their hands on. It’s been distressing and has caused many issues I wish I’d gone bankrupt. I am wondering if I’ll ever be free of these people.

No problems apart from the odd times saying I had breached my conditions when I hadn't but yes I would recommend to others

FSS was a great help with getting my me out of debt, the best thing I ever did! They worked around what worked best for me! And whenever I needed to reach out to them either via email or phone they were able to answer my questions!

I have got to say yes they our friendly but have now come to the end of my IVA and after being told a dept had been added to my IVA in email and on phone it now turns out that they can not find any information on this so am now haveing to arrange to pay a dept off myself if I’m honest I would definitely look around and wish I’d done more research before I took on the IVA
It does not help that you never seem to get to talk to the same person on your case

No complaints. Staff were friendly and supportive. My Iva is now complete and has been an absolute life saver.

do not touch this company, if you pay early you will end up paying double the IVA they will keep you on the hook,

they are not here to help you with your debt they are here to make money from you once you have spoken to your contact in Manchester,
you are then passed to South Africa you will never speak to another uk member of staff,
i started with £35,000 worth of debt it was then added up to £45,000, i have paid for 36 months at £400 meaning i have paid £14400 i have offered to pay it of they now want £45000 to clear the debt, means i am now paying £59500 do not touch this company ever.
