Recently completed IVA
I’ve recently just completed my IVA and a weight has been lifted, all thanks to these guys! 5 years ago I was drowning in debt (it wasn’t a lot but it was more than I could manage) These guys were a god send. They instantly put my mind at rest and helped me every step of the way. I was made redundant a few years ago and stated to panic as I didn’t have a regular wage coming in, these guys were so efficient and friendly and helped me as much as they could so I could still make affordable payments until I was back on my feet. I can’t recommend them enough. Every email and phone call has always been friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you so much!!

This company is not interested in helping at all.
I made my last payment in November yet today I’m sent an email about car finance! I’ve never had car finance in my name and as the IVA is now finished why am I still getting this emails stating as I’m in an IVA they need me to sign this.
Since my husband died I’m suffering from PTSD and this constant pestering is making it worse.
I still have not had my completion certificate either.
Wish I’d not been sweet talked into this IVA it’s been a disaster from start to finish.

I am completely stressed out
I am completely stressed out! The whole thing has been a massive stress to me!
Due to end my IVA in 2 months after 6 long years only to get an email to say I must agree for them to look into historical PCP car finance ive had!!!! Why when my IVA is over in 2 months!!
I honestly cannot wait for this to be over. I called up to speak to someone about it and she was so rude and abnoxious!
I was told this IVA is over in March when in fact it is not!!
When will this end???
I wouldnt recomend an IVA to anyone!

Made promises they did not keep
Made promises they did not keep. The advisor knew that I was vulnerable and basically pressured me into the IVA. Absolute disgrace. Kept asking me to increase my monthly payments and are just as hounding as the original debts. I ended the IVA after paying this company nearly £3000 for absolutely nothing. I now have all the creditors chasing me again. They should be investigated as it's a total sham.

No judgement help
