I ordered one of the newest color ebooks, Pocketbook Viva, which was intended to arrive for my birthday (a month ago). The book was listed in stock, but it turned out to be a lie. Not only did they not update the status and delivery update times, but their customer support was very aggressive and unfriendly. They did a refund, though, therefore two stars.

Stay away from this seller.

This company is fraud and they lie about the shipping. Provided a wrong tracking no which did not even exist. Trying to get a refund

I ordered an ereader from Findereader on March 10th. it is now April 4th, and still have not received it. Trying to get a refund at this point as all I keep getting from them is tracking number soon

This vendor is a scammer and does not ship with the shipping option you select. They will not even warn you or ask you if you want to cancel. They just ship it how they want and when you tell them that's not the shipping you wanted they will deny any wrongdoing on their part then ghost you.

I wanted to buy a onyx boox leaf, and there were many vendors selling it so I picked the one that had what seemed like the cheapest shipping option and would ship to me quickly via xpresspost 1-3 day (Canada Post). I assumed they had a warehouse in Canada since the domain was registered in Canada.

One week passed and I got no updates, notification or any communication from them, before finally emailing them for an update. Their shipping FAQ says they normally ship out in a few days, but I waited a week since I wanted to be fair in light of COVID/Holidays.

After emailing them I was told I would get a tracking number the next day. I emailed them again after a few days since I didnt get one, then they finally sent me one a day or two later. I realize that it's a DHL tracking number, so I immediately explain to them that I did not order DHL shipping because they charge a lot of extra fee. They kept responding with something a long the lines of "everyone has to pay their fees" no matter how I tried to explain that I did not order DHL to begin with, before eventually ghosting me.

Long story short, I should have just ordered from aliexpress with free standard shipping. I wouldn't have got dinged the $60 I did for brokerage/duties I did for DHL, and the customer service is much better. I would have got my ereader just as fast considering how long they took to ship out. Poor customer service, and they even scammed me with fake shipping options. Can't believe I'm saying this but aliexpress has by far been way more reliable and fair than even this store.
