I asked to postpone my test date, and they responded very quickly

I paid for this service over a month ago, I patiently waited throughout the first week and received no test dates so I decided to chase it up. Their contact number does not work, therefore I had to email them, after continuous emails back and forth they provided me with login details which I was supposed to have been given when I first made the payment for the service. I waited patiently but no test dates were given to me, I logged in using my reference number manually on the dvsa website to see if there were any test dates myself, there was dates available so I was confused as to why the service I paid for was not notifying me. I then received a text not long after with a date for November 21st which I responded to with the word “book” as advised. The test was not booked for me and I have still not received an early test date when I was told I would. It’s been over a month, I would not advise anyone to use this service because you can’t even contact them over the phone. I asked for a refund seeing as it’s been a month and I have not received an earlier test, but apparently because I responded to that early test date which wasn’t even given to me, I could not get a refund. I understand if I was given the earlier test when I replied and then proceeded to ask for a refund, but I didn’t even get it. I would never use this service again or advise anyone else to.

I have had a great experience. They have been accommodating when I couldn’t do the day the recommended and helped me to change it to a day that was more convenient as well as getting back to me very quickly when I had the issue.

I had difficulty using the online portal to book a test and had to ask for help via email.
I had a quick and efficient response which allowed us to make a successful booking.

When I first booked, I thought that was just it.

They actually took time to take me through the process and assisted me in finally etting everything done.

Even after booking I requested for a change in date and they were able to reschedule my test date.

Great service, helped me book my driving theory test.

at first when i booked with findmeadrivongtest.co.uk i was a bit spetical but to fair i have a really great experience Roge help me with everything from filling the form to book my test in my preferred centre.

Not one message received despite cancellations being available at my local driving centre.
Don't waste your money, can only think this is a money making scam!

Roge was really helpful, finding me test dates quickly. I was not the easiest as I could not do the first two I was given, he quickly found my next test date!

Took a while for my comfimation to come through but as soon as i got it i needed to change the date which got sorted right away

Had a really good experience! When they booked a test for me, which was very close to the date I selected, and I couldn’t make it, that asked what days I could do and adjust the test to a time that suited me better.

I was delighted with the help I received from findmeadrivingtest they were courteous and answered back right away and helped me with my booking as I had made a mistake they rectified this and I'm all set now so thanks very much

Very pleasant experience with Roge who was very polite and considerate at all times of my interaction. Especially appreciated swift responses, unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past, as it meant everything could get sorted so much quicker and was much more efficient.
