The service was good however when setting up my account there was an error so it didn’t activate properly, however when asking for a refund the service was quick and within a few hours it was sorted. Very professional, but if I knew about the error earlier I wouldn’t have needed to refund.

I didn’t receive confirmation of a test after 2 days, so I emailed to explain, someone replied within an hour and was able to sort everything quickly, very helpful

First class, and on the ball. Theory test booked within hours of joining, amazing communication- one to one, and that was on a SUNDAY!

I signed up to Findmeadrivingtest on 25 April 2022. Since that time the company have responded to a number of emails but haven’t provided me with a single alternative test date.
Yesterday afternoon (31 May) my son received information via his driving instructor that his primary test centre (Yeovil) had a number of test dates available in August and September. I checked the DVSA website and found this to be correct. I tried contacting Findmeadrivingtest by telephone but the number listed on the website isn’t in use. I sent an email (fully recognising that email is only as quick as the person opening it at the other end). Unsurprisingly I received no response after 30 minutes or so. I’m aware that newly available test date slots are taken very quickly so decided to act independently and make my own changes to my sons booking. This was successful and he now has a date approximately 5 weeks earlier than his original but, more importantly, one he can actually attend as he won’t be away at university.
By 1045 this morning I still had no reply to my generic email so contacted the company again pointing out my actions and that, as Findmeadrivingtest had not actually fulfilled their obligations (indeed one could well argue they’d done nothing at all), I would be seeking a refund of my payment.. An hour later I received sn email declining my refund as I’d broken the terms and conditions in that I’d ‘used another test cancellation service’ (DVSA). It was also pointed out that Findmeadrivingtest are limited by DVSA to a specific amount of searches per hour. This, by definition, will limit the level of service they can provide the customer whilst, at the same time using t’s & c’s to prevent the customer from taking action independently for fear of losing their payment. The loss of payment in itself isn’t the real issue as if the company had performed their function then you would still have paid £20.00. The issue is that they take your money in the knowledge that they don’t actually have to do anything at all. If the customer gets frustrated by the apparent lack of action or otherwise acts independently the company has still been paid. They are limited by DVSA as to the amount of searches they can undertake and therefore their ability to service the customers needs are reduced. If, like me, then find the alternative test date you seek without the involvement of this company you are now in breach of the t’s & c’s. therefore won’t be entitled to a refund. This is ok as you were prepared to spend £20 anyway but you’ve rewarded a company for doing nothing.

Are they scammers? I don’t believe so but the manner in which they take payment for something they may not be able to provide or at least have a reduced ability to provide is not a particularly savoury business model.

I appretiate their excellent service and also get reply within a short time.

Paid for my theory test and had a few issues with it but contacted customer support and they sorted it out straight away. Satisfied!

No cancellations received at all in two months, swapped up to another company and received 5 slots almost immediately for the same test centre.

A great service with a fast turnaround thanks to Roge. Literally took 3 months out of the waiting game!

Awful.
They only notified me of dates beyond the dates I specified (the date before my theory runs out). Constant text messages of irrelevant dates and they do not respond.

Absolutely rubbish! PLEASE STAY AWAY from this app. They are scammers!!!
They will make any excuse to take your money and give you a rubbish service in return.
Just before requesting to cancel I decided to check if there were really dates in my local area. And to my surprise there were! Why this findmeadrivingtest never notified me of this is beyond me... So I screenshot this and send to their email requesting a refund.

AND they automatically assumed I was using another app at the same time. I was not even actively using the other app.. if I did I would of not needed the findmeadrivingtest service in the first place...

After making payment in January,2022, I updated my details with the provisional license in April, 2022, and the response was swift. I'm really impressed with your service.

This app does not work properly.
Even there are available slots it does not offer me.
I haven't received cancellation offer for a while therefore I checked cancellation at the same time with another account and I saw even there are earlier available slot I did not get from this app.

I ask to the company refund they did not. Even the company did not answer my enquires exactly. My question was why this app did not offer any place even there were place.

I was assisted by Roge. He was able to swiftly manually change my theory test date in a polite and accommodating manor. Thanks Roge. First class servive

Took a while to get an original date but once I emailed they were happy enough to find me a date within the next few weeks .
