October 2024 I genuinely believed this company would find my iPhone. In desperation I fell fowl of this company. There contract agreement with me was they would find my phone. No they didn’t. I was a sucker and was charged £40 for no service given. Since Oct 24 it seems many more reviews are saying the same thing that money was taken from them…..a scam I would say. No improvements from this platform. That’s a surprise. Keep your money else they will. They have even suspended my account. What does this tell you.

They took 0.49 for find phone then discovered 39.90being taken out of my account for last 3 months disgusting and I will get my money back

Same experience as most other users - spent what I thought was £0.49 for a search for a lost phone. It didn't work but a month later found that by buying one search I'd also committed to a £39.90 monthly contract. Luckily, my credit card company contacted
me when the 2nd payment was due and I cancelled the cards in order to stop them taking the payment. Avoid at all cost.

Total scam company. Take your money for doing nothing. Use google find my device instead, it's free and actually works.

This is a doggy website. Scam and rip off. Tried locating my son’s lost phone, paid the initial subscription of 0.70 for 48 hours, phone not found, they went ahead to deduct 39.90 before the48 hours.I found the phone days later and saw no messages from find mobi on his phone. All they are interested in is preying on customers and deducting the 39.90 pounds.contacted my bank for a refund for no service rendered.Avoid them at all costs. They render no service

complete scam, didn't find my mobile, and proceeded to charge me £39 two days after. I did not receive any written confirmation regarding my subscription, It's apparently in the t's & c's.
I wouldn't mind but my mobile wasn't found, using this app. Funny this wasn't very clear on the initial find my mobile page!

SCAMMER, website needs to be suspended, all money stolen from the people needs to be refunded and the owner have to pay penalties.

I’m still waiting for a refund for the service I got for £40. You get charged £39.90 instantly so it isn’t free as suggested because you cannot cancel on the day as the app doesn’t allow it. You press all the buttons but nothing happens and they keep your money. Please be warned. This is based on a genuine experience.

Well only made an error using this website but the customer service and rapid response to my issues was just phenomenal.
I was sent an email with a response that resolved my issues for me and the customer service is just superb. They are very considerate and great and resolving issues

This website almost feels like a SCAM, the way it all works and you don’t receive a service at all, at least on my experience I didn’t!
Plus the price after the trial that is paid (£0.49), to a value of almost £40, for something that you used to try and find someone that was lost! It’s not really fair, try and ask for the money back! The answer is no, and cancelling on the webpage is super difficult, the cancel button simply doesn’t exist! So you can only access them via email! An absulote Scam.

Their service or lack of service is pointless.
The site states 49p then 49.00 after 48 hours. They presented in my account within 24hours.
Extra ordinary difficult to unsubscribe.
I emailed an await an answer. I want to unsubscribe. Did not use the service. I have withdrawn all funds from my account to prevent them from accessing my account.

The positive reviews are obviously bullsht, if you want to find out someone's mobile location, they just text them on your behalf. Thanks for letting me know about the subscription scam will be contacting the bank.

Knee-jerk reaction to son losing his phone was to try this site. Pointless !! Only any use if the person holding the phone replies, so 100% useless to find a lost phone. Then to add insult to an already pointless service, they take almost £40 for the privilege of 'subscribing' to this pointless service!! At least robbers wore a mask !

tried to find my missing ill son using this service. You can only find a phone if the owner agrees (no good if the owner won't or can't answer) and only find out when you have paid £0.49 for the service, which is for 48 hours only. Then you get hit with a £39.90 monthly bill exactly 48 hours later. None of which you see before you've paid the 49p. Its the old you have to cancel scam. Even the Bank Fraud section said so. Do Not Touch With a Barge pole
