Im constantly loosing my kid, whnewer i want to check on her status. At time getting this app all was ok. Now you get greedy all goes wrong way

The location update is not on time and accurate. One time, it showed that my kid is in a community walking when he should be in school. Panicked stricken we went the location and several minutes after it showed he's in school. Scary! I'll have to find a better App soon.

It program was great fir the 1st month I had it. The tracking keeps turning off on its own. It tells me he's somewhere else when he's sitting right beside me. The loud sound doesn't cone thru his phone. It barely does what it's supposed to. That's why I didn't renew the yearly service. I have checked out a the settings and I've Uninstalled and reinstalled.

The app seems okay.
The issue i have is that I get zero notifications. None. If I want to see what's going on, I have to open the app.
I spent time with support, and ensured that all the settings are ok.
Is it an issue between android and ios?
This has been ongoing from the start.

Love this app but find it's delayed at times.

I really trust this app

I was charged €50 a year but I can't even see my daughter's location, it's unacceptable.

Quite pricey for an app to keep your child safe. As a single mother I don't have the funds for the paid version which would keep my child safer and I can actually see apps used and movement in real time. I may look into 360 or some other app for protection for my child.

Just amazing, functional nd always on time about it each moving that my daughter with special needs do.

J'étais ravie de cette application il y a quelques années ou tout fonctionnait parfaitement bien mais depuis quelques mois c'est catastrophique. Plus de suivi en réel et instantané. Trop grosse approximation du style à 180m ou 230m près...bref je ne vois même plus l'interet de garder cette application. Très très déçue

I was delighted with this app a few years ago when everything worked perfectly, but for the past few months it has been disastrous. No more real-time, instant tracking. The style is too approximate, with an error margin of 180m or 230m... In short, I can't even see myself keeping this app anymore. Very, very disappointed.

Love the app. But I need love people to talk to. The messaging system doesn't work.

What made the experience great is the fact that I can keep up with my child knowing where they are at all times and keeping them safe with a leave of mind. My only issue with the app is that I can't really add specific addresses specially if it's to close to the one I had before then it become an "overlap" and I hate it , it does that. I've had this for yrs now and it's still the same way. And with the + I thought they'd fix it. Also I've been using iPhone so it's difficult for me to add the "unable to delete" on my child's phone. I tried and follow instructions , still don't work. Besides all that it's been pretty great. And cause of these little issues alone is why I give 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son dropped & lost his phone while skiing in a ski resort he went to from the school. I figured out his phone was still on & Findmykids showed the approximate location. I drove to the resort with my son. We searched & found it by using the Honk loudly function!

Very good,l am able to monitor the situation in my daughter movements and her safety

The location is not always accurate, even after checking the settings in my kid's phone, they are in a place and the app shows they are still at home, sometimes just mark a straight line from two places and did not show what route they follow and this is very dessapointed. And it was not only once, it was afew times.

avoid this app at all costs unless you want to be charged unnecessarily!!! check reviews before you purchase.

So called customer service is useless, i was charged £38 for an app no longer in use, tried to cancel again via the app, only gave option to suspend account for 1 week!!!
in the end i had to contact my back to tell them to stop future payments, apparently they don't do refunds which is stupid if they've charged YOU by mistake, avoid avoid avoid, realised i could use free app with google instead. Never again will i use this app and i suggest the same.

DO NOT BUY!

- map functions work fine
- nothing else works
- only possible to block all apps or no apps. When you block "all apps" internet is still working...
-no customer service, just a bot with a couple of answers to choose between.
-you have to buy the plus version to get all functions, as I did. Then it still does not work, at all...

Scam!

I was charged £60.99 for a yearly subscription to Find My Kids which I believe happened by accident while using my phone. I contacted Google Play immediately, but my refund request was refused.

I then tried to reach Find My Kids support directly, their email doesn’t work, and the AI chat won’t let me type a proper query. There’s simply no way to speak with a real person or get any help.
It’s shocking that a company handling children’s tracking data has such poor customer service. There should be an easy way to contact them and get a refund for accidental purchases. Very disappointing experience and I strongly advise others to be careful before subscribing.
