Love the deals provided and owners leaving a message on my phone when I first ordered. However, this is my second time ordering and strangely, my order is stuck in Illinois for 4 days straight. Now, I understand it's not possible the owners' fault, but I'm pretty disappointed with the shipment. :(

Absolutely love and highly recommend the Traumacare Comfrey Cream! We used it on my son's knee injury and all I can say is, WOW...this stuff works!!

The ordering process is simple and if the item is out of stock and it comes in another size you receive a phone call to ask if you want that size instead.I also like to read the personal note enclosed in the box.
I'm accumulating points to select a gift.
Haven't taken advantage of that feature yet.
This is better than going to the store only to find out it's out of stock.

Wish I could give 5 ⭐
I ordered a product to be delivered and had an issue with the website. I called and got help right away got it ordered for next day delivery. By the next day, however it wasn't delivered. I called and again they were super helpful and it was explained to me that they were short staffed. I'm completely understanding of being short-staffed and issues beyond the limits that can be fixed, but I wish I didn't have to reach out. Great products great price.
