Stupidly frustrating

There is nothing more frustrating than a company that packages their linens like it was nuclear ingredients! Nine tiny little plastic tabs that attach everything together, and you almost have to cut the damn fabric to get them out!!!!

WARNING: Do Not Buy This Robe if You Have fingernails, Wear Jewelry, Or Have Pets!

I reviewed a robe I bought from a company named Fine Linens and Bath. I wrote a review as the new robe has many pulls. I heard from a company that said they could not find my order. If that was the wrong company that the link took me too, I am deeply sorry.

I alerted them to a pricing error that was posted on Google and linked to their site. The person immediately challenges the validity of my claim (even though I included a screen shot) and then said it is not their fault and then implied that I was stupid to think that the price posted was a real price. Great sheets, bad customer relations

While we appreciate constructive reviews. The one above is 100% false. The customer emailed us that there was a pricing error on google where it was showing a sale price that was not listed any where on our website. Since we had no idea about the pricing issue we asked the customer for a screen shot to confirm it. When she sent us the screen shot we did in fact report it to Google shopping services that confirmed on their end it was a pricing error and they are in the middle of fixing it.

We apologized to the customer that we cannot match that price as it is a google error but we can certainly offer them a discount on the item if they wanted to order it.

In no way did we ever call them "stupid" and we were happy to offer something to make the customer happy for the error she encountered.

Its a shame when you try to explain and help that you have to also deal with a nonsense review

Wait times, terrible communication

Unfortunately we made an order in August and come February it has yet to be filled.
Instead of them reaching out to us to apologize for the wait, every time we have had to reach out to them. Whereby they provide new delivery times that come and go with no new update. Again we have to message them.

BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered an alternative down mattress pad. Upon arriving it was not as plush as advertised for the price and also contained a material I am allergic to. I did not place item on bed or even fully remove from packaging. I initiated an RMA and requested a shipping label. The shipping label never arrived so I called and the sent another. I had to repeat this 4 times before I finally received email with return shipping label. Shipped it back to Fine Linens. A week or so later it was returned to me for "hair". Interesting since it was never used or even taken fully out of package. I have since inspected it and cannot see any hair. Buyer beware with this company. It was an expensive item I am stuck with. I would NEVER order from Fine Linens again.

Thank you for your review. While we appreciate all feedback on our customer service none of the above is accurate. You filled out the RMA online and the UPS label is automatically sent to you in a separate email. While you may have missed that email or it went to your spam folder we have confirmation from UPS it was delivered to your inbox multiple times.
As for the mattress pad, we did receive it back all rolled up in the packaging it was sent it. It was indeed taken out of the package and whether it was laid on your bed or not does not matter. It seems you laid it somewhere and due to an animal in the house there was animal hair all over the pad. In the time of Covid we are taking extra precautions on returns and have to be especially careful when something comes back in this condition. We do everything on our end to clean the product but the condition this came back in could not be done. Again my apologies on returning it back to you but I know honestly if we sent you an item that you ordered online in the same condition you sent it back in you would be appalled.
