My locksmith recommended Finfort and it is easy to see why. My new lock operates very well and it looks great. I could tell immediately that it was a high quality product. Eight keys were ordered, though only six were delivered. However, this oversight was resolved very quickly by Hilary and extra keys were sent directly to me without fuss... many thanks! Highly recommended on every level.

We wanted to ensure our front door was secure and so after a fair amount of research we purchased the Auto-Deadbolt Nightlatch from FinFort. The lock not only met our requirement for an especially secure mechanism but also looks beautiful, it’s discrete and has a low profile on the door. Our locksmith said it was one of the best and easiest locks he’d ever fitted as it comes with a metal template. The lock works perfectly and has an option to purchase extra keys for added peace of mind. With the recent wet weather our door swelled a little and the thumb turn became stiff to open. We emailed FinFort and within minutes had received a reply including a video talking us through how to diagnose and resolve the issue.

According to the joiner that fitted it, this is the best lock he’s fitted in 30 years. Odd as it sounds, it does ‘feel’ really solid when you operate the latch and the finish is excellent. Great customer service and delivery

Great service - my builder messed up the measurements so we ordered the wrong locks but Hilary went out of her way to ensure we got the right equipment with minimum delay. Refunded the wrong ones and got the right ones asap. Really great product and an even better service.

A little research drew me to Finfort and as I was looking for locks to match all of the other antique brass ironmongery on my door, the fact Finfort is a colour match for Heritage Brass hardware was excellent. I delayed and was a little late placing my order, but Hilary pulled it out of the bag getting our locks to us in time to avoid the carpenter standing around waiting which was really appreciated - and likewise the carpenter commented on the excellent engineering that has gone into the product.
Could not be happier.

I’ve been really impressed with the smart lock I purchased. Recommended by my locksmith as it’s insurance-compliant. it’s traditional look fits in perfectly with our Victorian door and house. Door unlocks as we approach so no need to get keys (or even phone) out of pocket and no annoying ringing of doorbell from teenage kids who’ve forgotten their key!

We wanted a solid, up-to-date dual lock system with auto-deadbolt... in antique brass. (And breathe.) Found Finfort online and loved the look for a 30s property with a new door on the way. The door suppliers wanted to use a different system, so we had to push to get them to change their method - and so glad we did. The locks just feel of high quality, with a "clunk" like a Rolls Royce door (I imagine)! The colour is beautiful and the single key uber-practical. Plus... Finfort are simply great to deal with: on the phone or online, Hilary delivers the sort of service you want from all online companies.

We ordered a dual door lock set for our new 1930's style wooden door over a year ago. There was a issue with one of the locks initially which I reported. The response was first class from Hilary and Tim and it was resolved very quickly. The communication was excellent, Hilary is so attentive and friendly, she clearly cares about providing exceptional customer service. The locks look great and have worked really well... I highly recommend Finfort.

It's been almost a year now since I purchased my Finfort auto deadlocks.
Which are used daily.
They still look great aesthetically and are still working great 👍,No problems what so ever.

I would definitely recommend looking/purchasing at Finfort Locks.

We were looking for a deadbolt nightlatch for our bed and breakfast property as part of the refurbishment of our entrance. It not only had to be stylish, but also straightforward for guests to use - easy to close without difficulty. This led us to Finfort. We are absolutely delighted with the lock and it really ticks all the boxes. Using high quality materials it really looks the part. A far more elegant solution to more traditional nightlatches and enhances the door. Also have to mention the customer service which has been excellent, keeping us informed when the lock will be delivered along with a considerate follow up email to ask how things went. Absolutely recommended and well-deserved 5 star recommendation.

Great customer service with real human being for order of a dull double lock system with auto night latch. We had a small assembly problem and was put onto one of their team with a video call who talked us through the fix. Nice people to do business with.

As an architect I have been in the construction business for over 40 years and this lock is the only one that is appropriate for a contemporary door. Being fully morticed it avoids the unsightly interior box which most escape locks have. Beautifully engineered and easy to fit. Full support was available from the Finfort team.

I ordered a set of Finfort Locks in Antique brass finish in July 2023. The customer service from Hilary and the follow up product with Timothy was excellent. I have no hesitation recommending this company and I will be purchasing locks from them again. The product is superb quality and the door is very secure.

Well firstly Hilary was great, really helpful not pushy at all, helped me customise my chosen lock set's (Auto Deadbolts) which look fantastic on both the outside and inner sides of the door.
The locks work great exactly as stated on the website.

I discovered Finfort locks whilst researching the market for a reliable, secure and aesthetically pleasing lock for my front door. The product offerings looked great and example videos of the lock functions were very useful in deciding which lock to go for. Hilary was very helpful in providing advice and answering any questions I had, she also assisted with putting together a custom package for me which matched my needs exactly. The lock has a satisfying sturdy feel to it, and I will happily return for any future purchases.

Excellent dual locks. The only product on the market that’s keyed alike and has an internal (within the door frame) night latch (rather than the bulky external kind). Looks great and amazing customer support. Don’t think about it just buy it.
