Fing Support, via email, got the problem fixed
Fing Desktop on my new PC worked fine for about a month. Then suddenly it started notifying me that the PC was not connected to my local network. I contacted Fing after trying to fix it myself. Fing responded quickly with a couple of questions, but the problem was not uncovered. For some reason, Fing didn't respond to my further inquiries for several days, but when they did, they asked me to check one thing. I did as instructed, and removed an application, that should not have been on the PC, That fixed the problem ... all is working great again.
High marks to Fing for helping fix the problem but one point off for taking so much time; more than a week.
An excellent app worth every penny
An excellent app worth every penny. There is a room for improvement as there are no products which prevent baseband hacking. Every antimalware supplier do not even admit that there is such a threat like baseband. Meanwhile hackers take control of all smart devices with impunity.

It is an excellent Dashboard of your network and it allows you to see problems before they become problems. You can also block new devices on your network until you can verify what they are
I feel safer with Fing.
I feel and know that my system is being monitored for problems and can count on Fing 100%. The apps make it user friendly and accessible. Thanks folks. You're helping us be and stay safe!
THE BEST APP FOR MONITORING YOUR INTERNET
It is easy to use and has a lot of useful features
Fing does it all!
Fing does it all. Finally a reliable and reputable company with a stellar product
Works very well and fits my needs
It has so many useful features even in the free version. I have purchased the starter subscription for a few extra useful options that peaked my interest. I like the peace of mind it gives me knowing that the network can be as secure as I want and blocks new devices until I decide they are allowed.
Works great but overkill for me

À Support
Revised: After an exhaustive installation with very responsive support, the application proved to be very efficient and wide ranging in its options and exhaustive monitoring of my networks - but in the end was not tailored for my very simple one sole network. As the jargon says it was « overkill ». I would recommend it for much larger companies and organizations. I particularly appreciate the thorough support, answers to the point and very quick.
A app worth running 24/7
I've been using the free version for months now. Considering upgrading to the pro version. Excellent tool for managing your network, good visibility at tracking devices. Tools are handy to diagnose a variety of issues, from network outage from your ISP to DNS issues. If you have kids and want to limit there time online this app can help with that. As an IT professional for over 15 years I highly recommend this app.

I am still evaluating Fing but I have to say that it is impressive with the Fing agent and premium subscription. A lot of good information.
Earluy days but I'm impressed with the feature so far
I'm still learning about this but so far it seems great. I get to identify the 52 things attached to my wifi which up until now have sometimes been difficult to know which is which. Also like the internet security feature which tells me what the change to make it safer. Impressed so far

I have been using Fing the free version for some time now and I will continue to use it and recommend it to anyone who ask me for a versatile network tool. I am considering an upgrade but the trial time is too short to test all the features. I would suggest increasing the trial to 30 days to get a better feel on how it performs.
More Then Showing Who's On Your Network
I’ve been using the Fing app to monitor my network, and it’s been nothing short of fantastic. Fing goes beyond the simple identification of devices connected to my network. Fing tool is powerful and provides a comprehensive overview. It gives me the ability to manage and secure my connection.

Customer Support is Helpful and Patient! :)
I've had a Fingbox since around 2018, and a couple of years back I submitted a help support ticket to have my Fingbox transferred to a new email address. They responded promptly and needed more information, but then life got busy and I never responded. Recently, I found the long-lost support ticket in my mail and provided them with the information they needed, and they did the transfer. I didn't even need to open a new ticket, but they were willing to happily continue the conversation where I left off 2 years prior. Thanks again to the Fingbox team for your help! ^_^
Disappointing
I have used Fing in the past and I loved how much information it gave in regard to the network itself, network traffic and the overall security & maintenance. So even though that was several years back, I felt confident from that prio experience that Fing was a great choice to monitor my home network.
I even opted for the Starter subscription. Unfortunately it has not reached the level of service that I had before. It is very disappointing to realize that it doesn't even measure up to what a free version of this type of app would offer. The Fing experience I had prior to what I am presently using is no comparison. The detailed information was unmatched.
What is offered now really deems itself unnecessary. There is absolutely no technical data being shared.
I am hopeful this will change for the better in the very near future.
I find that (Fing) was extremely helpful.
I find that (Fing) was extremely helpful, I just wanted to update my email address and change my password. Thank you for all your help.
I ignored my network devices for years…
I ignored my network devices for years because they worked without issues, until they didn't. When my network had issues that defied resolution, I realized I needed to know more about how and why those devices worked. In that process I came across Fing. Fing has helped me get a centralized view of my network devices showing me their identification, status, vulnerabilities, connectivity, and history. I use Fing daily to check the status of my LAN which is a critical part of life today.
Home Network Management - A Fit for sure
I initially looked into Fing since it would show me devices on my network whether they were active or not. My ASUS router while great only shows me those wi-fi devices that are active at the moment I ask for a list of devices. I quickly realized that it had so much more. I am a retired IT guy on the dev side so networking was never my expertise. Fing has a client side component that displays the info on various devices like phone or PC and an agent (service) that can run continuous providing me optional notifications of any devices coming online or going offline. I find this great for problem solving as well as identifying my devices to give them proper names. Notifications can also announce and/or block unknown devices that try to join your network. Since you can tag your own devices as “confirmed”, Fing will know what to notify you about. When I suspect an internet issue, I simply run Fings network scan to determine if it’s the carrier or my issue. Additionally, it also checks and reports to you any vulnerabilities it finds in your router so that you can fix them. When I did need support, it turned out to be “my bad” and support was knowledgeable and understanding about it. I’m sure there are more exotic tools for Network Professionals managing business networks, but this is all I need to manage my Home Network.
