Had a rough time

Had a rough time, starting out - primarily due to operator headspace (I am 67), so I guess that is a bit to overcome. The software is running quite well now, and I haven't had to cuss lately!

sign in hassle…

went through all the hassle of opening account ,downloading app on the pc just to go round in circles trying to sign in on the app
open app asks me to sign in opens web page asks me to open app round and round we go
gave up deleted everthing

I bought a new computer and was having…

I bought a new computer and was having problems getting Fing to work properly. I tried everything I could find on the Internet but still got nowhere. I contacted Fing support and Karl had me up and running in about five minutes.

GREAT Tech Support

Although I have a slightly abnormal installation of Fing, I am using OpenCore-Patcher on a 2014 Mac, Tech Support has been more than supportive in trying to overcome a problem.....OS update = required re-install of Fing.

Better not use

Overbloated, bad UI. Probably share your network data to third party. Just ugly nmap gui with monthly subscription. No accesability features and bad ux copy.

I recommen anyone running even a very small home network to use FING

I discovered FING just few weeks ago and now every day I take a look to check the healt of my net. It is full of useful tools even in the free version. I'm not a professional, so at the moment I don't plan to upgrade to the pro version (altought the price is quite fair and I'M cusious to discover more about my net and the sourroundings). I would reccomend anyone running even small home net, to download and use FING (either the android and desktop versions).
