Julie at Fingo was outstanding.

She didn’t try to upsell me or push the most expensive option. Instead, she worked with me to find the right vehicle for my situation. We went through multiple scenarios, and she prepared numerous quotes without pressure or shortcuts, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each.

Julie also managed the entire process with my employer, which saved me a huge amount of time and effort. Everything was handled professionally, calmly, and with genuine care for getting the best outcome for me, not the biggest deal.

I contacted Fingo Finance and spoke to Daniel Hudson, after the other provider was delayed due to not being on my employer's preferred supplier list.

Dan moved very quickly and was able to obtain my pre-approval on the same day. He also liaised with the dealer and the company that will be modifying my new car directly.

The full process was completed on third day. Both Dan and Dina Jarjis kept me up informed every step of the way.

This was the second novated lease organised through Fingo. The team at Fingo are very responsive, knowledgeable and polite. The process ran very smoothly, with Fingo engaging with my employer to manage the payroll impacts as well as organising third party tinting.
