When I decided to get into a Novated Lease for a new car, and made several enquiries online, Daniel contacted me the next day. I found Daniel from Fingo was very thorough with everything. I may have had over 10 conversations where he explained and answered all my doubts and questions. When approving the agreement, I had Alistair who went through each aspect and explained the whole settlement process to me. The whole process was smooth and quick. Originally, we were told that the car wouldn't come until November, but with Julie's persistence and professionalism, we were able to get it a lot earlier and with the discount.

From the zoom meeting until the car delivery, we were notified and updated and everything we needed to send through was processed promptly with no issues.

My husband and I could not be more grateful and pleased about the whole experience. Julie did a phenomenal job! Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend Fingo (specifically Julie) to friends and family.
