Initial shipment took 4 weeks, ther first product delivered had scratches but they picked it up and delivered another one in new condition. This is my second experience with Fink, the first one was better.

I’ve bought a shelf in 2023
I’ve bought a shelf in 2023, and recently moved which caused me to lose my screws. The customer support has offered to send the screws for free. That’s what I call great customer service! The wall shelf itself is of great quality. Thanks Agata.

small Porto shelf – a bit heavy, but very good quality
I am very happy with the quality of the PORTO shelf. Although it is very heavy, it keeps its shape when you put heavier objects on it. The only drawback is that the dowels are a little too small for the screws. I had to replace them. It's great that the screws are supplied with a white screw head. Very nice design - I can highly recommend it.
Shipping was also fast. Thank you.

I've purchased the BERNO toilet paper holder and it's really nice and robust. The only thing i'd suggest to make it a bit better is the packaging, adding some padding to the corners and edges of the items.

Shelf "Firenze" - Below expectations - a disappointment
I bought two "Firenze" (L97) shelves spending a lot of money. In the images it is also proposed with books on top: the problem is that it is not able to hold the weight of the books, the shelf becomes curved in the central part due to the weight with some book on it. Also many wall anchor were defective, so I had to buy them separately. The product is not worth the expense.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had problems with the assembly of our shelves, this should not happen with proper installation as they are designed to hold up to 25 kg without any lateral bending (even in the 97 cm size).
In order for the shelf to achieve the correct rigidity, it must be certain that it has been mounted on a flat, smooth wall. Additionally, make sure that all screws are fully tightened.
