Not good service at return process
I ordered 2 same products. One of them haven‘t a quality check in the surface (scratched and the surface in‘t matte). The return process is not comfortable. It takes a long time to get an answer. There's just no progress.

The weight of the ordered shelves results from the use of 2 mm thick sheet metal, which ensures durability and safety - especially for Firenze bookshelves, which can hold up to 25 kg when properly installed. Excellent finish on the products
Excellent finish on the products, exactly what I expected, nothing different from the photos shown on the website. Very fast delivery, I bought several shelves in different sizes, and they arrived individually wrapped, including screws and wall plugs. A really great purchase!

The shelves we bought are ok, but during the assembling we struggled with the tassels screws, that didn't fit correctly in their holes. Finally we had to change them
