Every time I order they immediately act on it and update me it’s status on availability and delivery shipment

I ordered 5 glass nail files the first part of October...or perhaps the end of August...? (I can check my Visa statement for the billing date.) I was told they would arrive by the end of October. Not a word so far and my money hasn't been refunded.

Products arrived on time and well packaged.

Contacting Finlandia is great, the people are friendly, they will do their best to provide you with the product or order it, the package comes promptly and the shipping is reasonable. The best!

Online order still showed provacsin can be ordered. Missed out on a chance to buy somewhere else that had it in stock. Now no suppler has it available. I do see you have updated it on your website.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still don’t have it because it’s on back order.

I rated as very poor. Why?
1. I sent an email asking the status of my order but did not receive a reply.
2. I called and left a message with the Order department to call me regarding the status of my order. I left the order #, my name and phone number. I have yet to receive a return call.
3. It has been one day short of three (3) weeks and I am still waiting for the arrival of my order.
That is why I rated 1 out of 5. If there was a zero I would have given that rating.

Your service is great. I received my order the next day. Not too happy with the expiry date but giving me an extra discount helped.

I specifically asked the bottles of vitamins to have enough newspapers in between to cushion but all I got was two pieces of brown, thin paper that was in the huge box. When I took the papers away, all 29 bottles of vitamins were scattered, on top of each other, and some were squished in between in the box. It was a mess and I even took a picture of it. I am thankful that none of the vitamin bottles were damaged, but there was just not enough newspaper/paper to be put in the box to ensure protection. The delivery time was quicker than expected compared to my last purchase. Other than that, I wished the people who were packing could read the comments because I wrote it there for a reason. This was not a small purchase of less than 5 items, it was a pretty big purchase (29 in total) that I am sure needed the extra papers for cushioning.

I ordered & paid for something you had for sale online but then you said it was out of stock. So, I am out of pocket but don’t have my stuff. I’m not thrilled.

Ok received most of my order with 2 of the more expensive products missing. Had to call and am still waiting. If i hadn’t called I don’t know if there would have been any follow up given the invoice indicated it was all there. A first for them!!
