Is very rare to find a company that accomplished all the check marks of the job with high standard: customer service, job quality, fairly price, friendly staff, clean and fast.
Cut concrete is a hard and messy work, they did everything in two days, scaffolding included. They left everything tidy and surprisingly clean.
The improved view of the house is remarkable. All leaks, damp and moisture are gone. After a winter with some hard storms there is not any new stain. Well done!!

I would highly recommend Finlock Removals if you need your concrete guttering replaced. I had been plagued with damp patches above the windows in my bungalow and water was starting to drip in during heavy rain. Harvey provided a quote and gave a step-by-step guide as to how the work would be carried out. Carl and Jason (the installation team) did an excellent job carrying out the work over a two day period and left the garden clean and tidy when they had finished.

One of my neighbours is suitably impressed so much so that he tells me he will probably be having his gutters replaced by Finlock Removals later this year.

In summary the new PVC guttering has taken years off the aesthetics of my bungalow and I’m only sorry I didn’t have the work carried out years earlier.

Currently in the middle of a full house refurbishment in Bristol. Out of all the jobs on my long list the horrible concrete guttering has been the quickest and best job done so far thanks to finlock removals. They were the first company I approached regarding a quotation for removing the old concrete guttering and replacing with new pvc. I explained they were the first company I approached so I wanted a few more quotes. Unlike other companies they agreed and were not pushing for a sale. I got a few more quotes from local companies but didn't like there hard sale tactics. I phoned finlock removals back and booked them in. Within 2 days of showing up the job was completed. The 2 gentlemen on site were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the workmanship is to a great standard and finish looks amazing.bI strongly recommend this company to anyone. only comment is they do chase for payment immediately post serving of invoice yet rubbish removal is somewhat later and i did have to chase. i dont believe this is wholly down to the finlock company and rather a 3rd party. otherwise, site was left clear and tidy.

Had the guys do my gutters as I had awful mold in the bedrooms, lads were lovely who came to do the job and 2 month later the mold is fading as expected

Had a slight issue with my downpipe but the office sent the engineer out fairly promptly and no issues since

Amazing from start to finish. We had recently moved into a property in Torquay with x2 Finlock gutters. Both were old, looked a mess and were causing water to enter the walls of the house. It seemed a big job and something we were quite stressed and nervous about.

We contacted several companies, but none gave us confidence in the task at hand.

For years, we battled with our Finlock gutters, which eventually led to severe damp causing our internal walls and ceilings to crumble away. We had visited the Finlock Removals website multiple times in the past, but never reached out because it didn’t appear they serviced Anglesey, North Wales.

The situation worsened over Christmas and New Year when heavy rain caused water to pour into our landing. Despite seeking help from local tradesmen, we were repeatedly let down by false promises and over-inflated prices.

In a last attempt, we decided to contact Finlock Removals through their website. To our surprise, Harvey called us back the following day. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the process, providing a quote on the spot. The cost was far more competitive than any local estimates we had received, and he promised a completion time of just 7 to 10 working days.

Finlock Removals lived up to their word in every way. Their team was very professional, politely mannered and extremely hardworking, leaving no mess behind. The quality of their work was outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of the job.

Just days after the installation, we experienced torrential rain, but not a single drop of water entered our home. Most importantly, our walls are finally drying out and we can confidently redecorate the affected rooms in a few months time.

Terrible service!
Can never get through on the phone ever! Then get promised that someone will call back that day - they don’t.
The work was delayed due to them not having the correct materials - then the collection for the waste was not booked in when we were promised that it would be. The waste was placed in a bag covering my drive (not placed in the corner so I can use the drive way). The bag at the back is in the middle of my garden which has damaged my grass.

The guttering work was done on 18th December one bag of waste has been collected today 6th Jan!!!!!
We still have a bag in the garden and the collection company said they do not have a collection ticket for it.
I am very disappointed.

Kyle sales rep, booked appointment for 8:30am, on the day they said they will now come at 10:30am. At 10:30 am they said they would come within the hour. Then at 1pm they turned up, and then said they didn’t have materials on the van! Then after I sent them away , they never returns ed any of our phone calls! Beware will be happy to answer your phone call till something goes wrong! Luckily we didn’t part with any money!

Finlock Removals are the company to go to if you need your concrete guttering replaced. We started to notice a damp patch which was getting worse. After several other quotes (including a ludicrous quote of £19000 if I paid installments) Finlock did not disappoint. Harvey was very informative, talking through the step by step process of what will happen. The team were on time, and completed the job in a day and a half.

I can’t complain. The process talk a week from initial query to completion. We went with full black fascia’s, soffits and guttering; the product looks incredible! Thanks for the great service!

I came home from my holiday to find these cowboys recently working on my neighbours property.They had cut the concrete cutters out using a still saw with no water suppressant. Thick dust everywhere including in my upstairs bedroom as I had left a window slightly open due to the hot weather.
No attempt to even try and stop the dust going in. Complained to flintlock removals they don't give a s*** would not recommend to anyone!

Finally after years of countless companies failing to provide promised quotes, or providing quotes and walking away from the job on the day (RutilusCGR), Harvey at Finlock gave us a quote we were happy with and when Scott and Luke actually arrived we were overjoyed. They were polite, friendly, understanding and very hardworking. All the materials used are sturdy and of good quality. We are extremely pleased with the finished job.

I had a few quotes for my concrete gutter removal and it was clear from talking at length with Harvey that Finlock removals really do know how to do this properly.
They competently did this whole job in 3 days (with scaffold erection and dismantling either side. )
The guys were courteous and friendly and respectful of my property and surrounding garden.
They have done an excellent job and my house now looks really smart.
Having the concrete gutters removed will mean I no longer have a damp problem in all the upstairs rooms, which has been directly linked to old concrete gutters.
If you need your concrete gutters removed, my advice is don't waste your time asking general roofers or general guttering companies as Finlock do this day in, day out and are experts : I've experienced this first hand.
What's more, they also gave me an insurance-backed guarantee which many smaller companies don't.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Finlock Removals for the removal and installation of new gutters. From the outset, they were exceptionally clear and informative about the process. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just one day, which was impressive.

Took 3 weeks for a 1 day job! The installation team from Finlock were very good and professional and finished the work within a day. Is it unfortunate, due to a combination of lack of communication & clarity with the scaffolding company, it took them 3 visits to get the scaffolding done to Finlock's safety requirements. Even though we are very happy with the end result and finish, our overall experience was frustrating and slightly negative. This will not stop us from recommending the company, as we already have to one of our neighbours.

After years of quote collecting we went with these guys and glad we did.
We have spoken to all kinds of builders and roofers and felt like they were winging it a bit, despite them telling us otherwise.
I am a property surveyor myself and know this needs to be done right the first time and can be a right headache if it’s not done bang on.
