We had 3 quotes and we chose Finlock Removals because although they were the more expensive company they seemed to know what they were talking about and gave us full confidence in their work.

The fitters came last month and completed the work and they were a lovely friendly bunch and cleaned up well after themselves.

Needless to say our guttering now looks amazing and no more damp issues from leaking concrete!

My neighbour recently (Jan 24) had his concrete guttering removed front and back by your company. Our houses are joined semis. I went down the route a few years ago of having an extra row of tiles fitted over my concrete guttering with the plastic guttering attached. All good! A few days ago I had my gutters cleaned out. What my gutter cleaning people told , and showed me pics they had taken, shocked and dismayed me!! You need to see the pics! The most concerning thing, as shown in one of the pics, is that they have somehow raised the corner of my end tile in order to somehow put the upright end piece on to the end of my neighbour’s plastic guttering!! It is obviously visible looking up from my drive and the road!! On speaking to Harvey at your Bromsgrove brabch and sending him the pics, he told ne that this was the only wsy it could be done! Rubbish! Also that he would ask one of your staff to pass by at some point to have a look! The conversation took place on Tues 31st Jan 24. To date, Wed 7th Feb 24, I have had no response back what so ever !! Furrher down my avenue, there are 2 semis who have the same setup up, ie concrete gutter removed on one house, and the other the same as me having had an extra tile put over the concrete guttering! It looks so neat! No raused corner on tge end tile!! I also sent pics of this to Harvey, and I know he has seen them!! And no respobse whatsoever!! !! If you send me a link I will send you the pics! I do not want you to contact my neighbour as his son organised the removal with yr company . My neighbour is 98!! And I don’t want any stress for him!!

I want this sorting please asap. At the end of the day, your workmen have damaged my property!! Also they didn’t even had the courtesy to call round and explain to me what they had done!! Very rude, ignorant and totally unprofessional! Also to add insult to injury, the dust from their cutting etc made a layer of dust all over my soft top car that I’d only had valeted 2 days before!!! Inconsiderate or what!!

I have had my concrete guttering replaced with new UPVC,from first enquiry the scaffolding was up and job finished all within a week, the guys were polite and very tidy.I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job to be done in a quick efficient time frame.

They spam you with marketing messages even when you don't sign up for them and still continue to do so after requesting for your details to be removed. Stay clear.
