Just received my exchanged shoes (I originally ordered size 40, they were too big) Finn's customer service is excellent, they checked if size 39 in stock & promptly exchanged them when they received the 40s back. Highly recommended for prompt delivery, CS & quality shoes. I will definitely purchase.from them again.
