Before joining in with a friend’s recommendation, I thought Finq was just another brokerage firm - till I got the feeling of their customer service. They have some very kind and welcoming people on the other side of the phone! By itself, this benefit is worth 5 stars.

I started with $100 they pushed me at least $500 after start trading it was getting worse, every signal they give for trade gone opposite, to save my 500 i put 300 more, then they push to sustain not to lose money I put $1000 more, I lost $3400 overall with finq and after I lost everything they never called for commiserations.

If you have $10000 then it's worth, otherwise to small investors who don't have much Experience or Cash they allot a new interim to handle the Portfolio and then they will push you to invest more every time they call, they won't bother to give good tips. I have had personal experience and have lost $4000 and now they only want more money and then they can help. Please be aware of their descrimination. They will say you put in more money and will do the equal amount of Bonus, which is in Point form.
Bad experience

This is scam company, they took out my USD 7200 profit and closed my account, and now threatening for legal action

Scammed. I was contacted after downloading an investment app by a man named Jack Wong, who allegedly was an investors working with Finq. I started investing with Finq’s trial program, then moved to a small amount of real investments. I was happy with the returns and “Jack” was doing an excellent job building report and gaining my trust. He would check on me and my investments several times a day. He reassured me when I asked about the bad reviews I’d seen and even agreed some people get scammed here. He even said he had a “training program” in mind for me. He had convinced me I was the exception to the bad reviews you see about Finq. I even tested getting a small amount of money back from Finq and it was smooth as could be.

After 8 weeks of working and seeing good returns on my initial investment, Jack convinced me to take advantage of some bonuses Finq would give me if I invested more. I felt so confident I even referred a friend.

It was all a big lie. After increasing my total investment to $40,000 Jack disappeared as I watched the positions he coached me to open fall. It was as if magically Jack’s instincts were suddenly dead wrong. Not only did I never receive the bonus money Jack had promised, but Jack, his boss Clint and all of the other people in their office could no longer be contacted. The Finq customer service was also unable to get me in contact with them, and eventually the number I had been using was blocked. This is all after they insisted I would loose all my investment if I took the $10,000 remaining in my account out.

When I reached out to Finq to help solve the problem (and after a friend’s bad review) I was told the would need 2 months to inquire about the situation. My local police department has informed me that 3 months is the maximum time I let pass in order to likely take any action to return money from these scammer.

Don’t be fooled by their persistence, their personalities or their initial aims to help you succeed, they will take your money and run in the end.

In response to the below about my account comments, I was investing with Michel Mikhael who has also posted a review with you. If you investigate his case, you can clearly see that we were scammed via Finq.

Scammers. They target beginners who are looking for new investing opportunities. Once they are sure you invested the maximum you are willing to, they go from calling 2-3 hours/day to disappearing and you can't even reach them.They will make sure that you open big positions that will drain your money 1st!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

The Finq trading platform is simple yet powerful giving me all tools I need to start trading from simple and advanced charts to main indicators to follow my trade setups with instant execution. Also, their fees and fair enough and their account security is at a very high level.

After receiving multiple spam calls, I finally told them to stop calling me, but they keep insisting on investing I said I'll look into it later maybe, the lady calls me a week later starts accusing me for being a liar, very unprofessional & with hidden fees undisclosed.. if anybody was lying it's them claiming over the phone to be legit no fee platform which is a lie, they charge you 25$ if you left for a month

Very bad service by agents, specialy guy call Divinash never answer the call and when he call back whole purpose is gone. I dont have any confidence of finq sri lanka. please dont deal with them.

Honestly one of the best online trading platform which i came across, I was a beginner when I entered finq.com but now I'm a independent online trader of my own. The best platform you can trade with.

A very friendly platform which helped me earn my exam money which was around 670$ I only had to invest 150$ . They give a good bonus and they help a lot with the advisor. They also helped to recover my money whenever I had little losses

Excellent support, amazing bonus and very trustful platform. i got confused at the beginning but i decided to start with only 100$ and now i made 268 USD profits because of their trading experts and their trading signals. i recommend this Platform

Am J.K.Menon, started trading with Finq in month of March-21. I was trader in Octa FX too. Senior Account Manager Rahul.G gave amazing inputs & training sessions on my native language. Initially started with $200. So far I invested $46000 & withdrew $17200. received funds back to emirates NBD in 3 days.
So much convince even Rahul's absence I got support from other managers.
Satisfied & recommended trust brokers. I received lots of calls mentioned Finq is scammed broker however there is no issues, scam brokers wont give withdrawals. Before investing further deposits already verified their office locations.

One of their agent named David, he’s been calling a lot, when i told him that i don’t have a credit card he told me to use my mom’s card, FYI I pretended to be a 17 years old, so he’s trying to let me borrow 100 dollars from anyone, when I told him to give me his card he told me to go “F” myself, I was gonna invest but not anymore

Decent broker…withdrawal takes 3 days which is also good…best service the manager calls once or twice in a week and give me signals and i make $20 a week which is good because of the signal of the manager

Finq.com are deducting 25$ from me and many hundreds of people's account saying inactive fees, this is their profit earning business model by looting people, due to covid issue I have not done any trade in last three month and they have deducted 75$, around 5k rupee, beware of such fraud company who want you deduct your hardcore money, vultures people, also this is registered outside India so no one can take any action except blocking this fraud from your network, careful investors and stay away from fraud people who
I had puchased HP at 28.45 and today it is 29.46 and still showing me with 645 rupee loss, is it miracle of there software or strategy of finq?
