It was a great experience. Everything went very smooth for us. Tanvir provided us with the KFI within 2 after receiving all the required documents so we could start viewing the properties and got our Mortgage approved by less than 3 weeks after acceptance of the offer. He was updating us about the progress on a regular basis and got us a very good interest rate comparing the market. Also, he secured us about 5 and half times LTV of salary. Highly Recommended.

What can I say, Tanvir and his team are exceptional at what they do. Prior to meeting Tanvir, I was turned away by 4 brokers within the last 12-18 months. I was recommended Finvest and they finally made the impossible, possible. Professional and friendly from the very first second, Tanvir and his team are super efficient and hands on especially with their App which made the process so much simpler. Only had to have a handful of calls with Tanvir and he was able to get me a mortgage offer accepted
within a matter of weeks, something that was not possible for myself prior to meeting him. I had a very complex case but Finvest somehow manage to cater to all - highly highly recommend!
