FioBit is a Complete Scam
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is a complete scam. I got bait-and-switched and now my funds are unavailable to withdraw. No response from support at all.
Started Strong, it is not how you start, it finished bad — Please Read Carefully
I originally gave Fiobit a 5-star review because things started off well, but review was not posted by Trustpilot, and for good reason. People need to see how things took a turn for the worst in a hurry.
1. Withdrawals Suddenly Disabled One day, the withdrawal system went into “maintenance,” preventing me from withdrawing even the minimum $200. They claimed it would take a couple of weeks—just enough time for them to:
2. Change Contract Terms Without Warning While withdrawals were on hold, they modified all contract amounts and added this clause: "Special Instructions
To Select This Contract, Two Or More Units Must Be Purchased. Failure To Purchase At Least Two Units Will Cause All Contract Operations To Be Suspended And Income Distribution To Be Stopped. The Contract Will Be Automatically Terminated Upon Expiration. No Refunds Will Be Given For Early Termination. Thank You For Your Understanding."
3. Negative Balance with No Explanation I purchased 4×$2K contracts (more than required) and suddenly saw a negative balance of -$15,125.25.
Bull-st@sh provided clear
Bull-st@sh provided clear, transparent processes where my principle grows consistently and predictably. Avoid this platform at all cost! They caused me to lose my entire savings during what i thought was an investment process.
Scam
This is a scam. You can deposit but when its time to withdrawal sudently some maintenance issue will not allow you to.
Classic scam. Stay away.
Scam
Worked as promised at first but now the "withdrawal system" is "being maintain" for 13 days now and was just told it would be for over a month June 27th until July 29th. No legitimate business would have an essential component of their system down for over a month, especially one that specializes in AI computer mining. I have lost 600 dollars. Don't waste your time or money.
SCAM Bait and Switch
Like many others I was taken advantage of with their bait and switch tactics.
I invested $19,800 for a contract and noticed my balance went negative. Support said I had to purchase 2 contracts at $19,800 each for a total of $39,600 in order to get my money back.
I didn't want to risk another $19,800 so as of now I am out the initial $19,800.
Support insists that if I deposit another $19,800 that the contract will run and I'll be able to withdraw my funds. Going through the reviews here I can see this is clearly not true
If anyone has had success getting their money back please share
Unable to withdraw
This one is a scam.
Fell into two traps:
1. Made a purchase of a $2k contract. Buried in the small print was a clause that I had to buy 3 of them. They made my account negative until I submitted payment for the other $4k.
2. This morning, I attempted to withdraw $1000, not even the full account amount. They have removed the line that allows me to input a Google Authenticator code so I am unable to withdraw.
3. I have submitted several messages on the support chat which was highly responsive when I needed to submit more $$$ but has since ghosted me.
This is a fraud. Reported to the authorities.
100% SCAM
this site is a complete scam and trust me do not invest 1 dollar in this site. the more negative reviews we right the quicker we can get this site to be shutdown. biggest scam ever i invested 24k and like everyone has said they have my account now negative 22k. this is all of my life savings gone. does anybody know of any website i could use to try and get them funds returned. PLEASE STAY AWAY TRUST ME!!!
Pig butchering scam.
Pig butchering scam.
When you purchase certain contracts, they freeze your account and make its balance negative to lure you into buying additional contracts. Please be careful and stay away from these criminals. Already reported to the Australian federal police.
Like a lot of people on 60% I too have…
Like a lot of people on 60% I too have been scammed by FIOBIT I started in May and for a month everything went smoothly and making daily profits and withdrawing money easily and quickly, I kept re investing and watching my balance increase , I then made a $1700 withdrawal and thought this works so I then went on a larger plan and all of a sudden I'm in a negative balance because the special instructions state ( min 2 plans ) , contacted thru Live chat and was told the solution was to pay the negative balance and all would be restored ,all to no avail
Fiobit is an Australian registered company with ACIS with an ABN number so I contacted Australian Govt website Scamwatch filled in a report and uploaded screenshots of both live chat interaction and my deposits made and also contacted the Australian Federal Police ,See what happens

Bad company My savings would have been gone if not for the expert recommended my inlaw they helped me to takeback my refund total $57,000 that I invested. Stay vigilant. i would like to share the contact with anyone Don't be fooled by the good reviews only Avoid this company, otherwise it will not end well. I really hope this will help someone.
I’m not a bot I’m a real reviewer so be warned
DO NOT!!! and I say again DO NOT!!! buy any mining contracts from these crooks. Please check my profile pic showing chat messages of how these scammers will end of doing you. They took my money and ran with it literally. I purchased the $1000 contract that others were talking about that runs for 2 days because they took down the $600 contract and bought 4 because it being a “special contract” you needed to purchase 3 or more so basically that’s exactly what I did. Yeah right the system they claimed created duplicate contracts and said it was an error in the local network. I have a Master’s in IT, so that answer they gave was null and void when you really break down the technicals which is uncommon for this to happen but if your not tech savvy they could get away with telling you this ridiculous answer. So I’m guessing the AI mining concept they claim to have is broken because it doesn’t take that much intelligence to fix an issue manually and delete the other freaking duplicate contracts created by the “System”. My account is currently in the negatives just like they did many others with this tactic and wanting me to deposit more money to cover the duplicate contracts the system created which is a lie. This is triggered through a sophisticated program error that their technical department wrote in the code to do each time someone purchases a special contract which is sneaky but I know and understand the process that they are working here. It’s just a matter of time that this company gets what is coming to them and all the other scam mining sites out there taking peoples hard earned money. I have multiple screenshots of the scam they ran on me like many others on here writing reviews. They keep all funds they receive in offline cold wallets staying that in their policy that your funds are safe. Safe for them but not for us that deposited the funds. They will get more than what they deserve for doing this to people and they will feel how we felt when we knew our money was long gone from their Ponzi scheme. I’m hoping their review score up on here goes in the negative because that is what they deserve and nothing less.
This is a scam!
This is a scam!! Do not touch it!! It seems to go smoothly to start with, you buy 1 contract at a time and then all of a sudden you've bought 3 contracts and your account is in a deficit. You can guess what happens next, you need to deposit more money to cover the contracts that have been bought. They deliberately put your account in a deficit to extort more money out of you.
I was very 50/50 whether this was a scam, now I'm 100% convinced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It's a fantasy, you will not see a penny.
The day that I wanted to invest in the…
The day that I wanted to invest in the $600.00 contract was the day they took it off and added the $1000.00 contract. So what had happened was I didn’t have enough funds to buy the $600.00 contract so I deposited extra money. After the deposit went through I went to the plans to look for the $600.00 contract.. it had disappeared and there was the new contract $1000.00 and you have to buy three in order to invest. I wasn’t planning on investing that much money so then I tried to withdraw my total available balance out… it wouldn’t let me. I chatted with support and was told that the $600.00 contract will not be available in the near future and that I could not withdraw my money due to their money laundering policy … lol. Like I am trying to do that with $700 !!??? Anyways support also had told me that once I deposit funds I have to invest it before withdrawing my money out …like really??!!! I should be able to take it out whenever I want to even if I decide not to invest it!!!! VERY shady site. DON’T be tempted to sign up cause YOu Will REGRET it when you run into a problem. So anyways I was told to deposit more money to buy three $1000.00 contract and then I can withdraw my money. That’s absurd!!! They are a complete SCAM!!!! Support was no help at all other than kept referring me to their money laundering policy. I hope their site gets shut down as too many people have already had bad experiences with losing their money.
Same thing happened to me as Jonathan…
Same thing happened to me as "Jonathan Dunbar" in his review from Today (June 27.) The $600 contract I had been purchasing successfully many times was replaced with the $1,000 contract. I had good experiences with Fiobit up to this point (including withdrawing) so I decided to purchase the $1,000 contract. Instantly my balance went negative $2,000. Live chat told me the $1,000 contracts were on sale and I had to purchase a minimum of 3. I looked at the description and it does indeed have a "Special instruction" at the bottom stating "To Select This Contract, Three Or More Units Must Be Purchased. Failure To Purchase At Least Three Units Will Cause All Contract Operations To Be Suspended And Income Distribution To Be Stopped."
Support gave me 2 choices. 1 - Deposit $2,000 to get the balance positive and then I can withdraw, or 2 - Wait 30 days for the contracts to terminate and my $1,000 will be returned.
Adding these special instructions is a bit nontransparent but I'll take the blame for not reading more closely and "assuming" it worked the same as every other time. But the system should not let people go negative. Most of us are using these services to earn money, not borrow money. If I don't have the $3,000 don't let me buy the contract. Or at least give a warning saying I will go negative and give me a choice. Taking the order and then holding the funds is not a good business practice for a company that wants to be viewed as honest and transparent.
They stole our savings
They stole our savings. Fiobit's chat agent said they will get with finance department on my refund and get back to me. To date, no refund and no email. Beware as there are people out there that have no conscience. BEWARE and STAY AWAY
I'm highly disappointed with the…
I'm highly disappointed with the outcome of everything that happened. They have cheated me and duped me out of my money. I've waited for four weeks for my withdrawal, and yet no result. Stay out of them if you don't want to lose your money! PAIVA, on the other hand, is the best alternative all through. Delivers amazing service and promptly pays out with no delays.
Withdrawal function on hold
Had withdrew 3 times without fail but recently they have new plan and now not able to withdraw. Was told maintenance till 1o July. Will change the rating if able to withdraw
