They have done this to me multiple times
Upon trying to withdraw funds they will tell you that there is an error and you can only fix
The problem by buying another contract. When you don’t, they will execute a double order putting your account in a negative balance and tell you the only way to remedy that is to cure the negative balance and your payments will be restored within 5 hours. After you cure the negative balance , they will tell you that the double order caused an error in processing the contract and it will stay locked unless you buy another contract.
It’s a total scam and they should go to jail.
I have screen shots of everything they told me and it’s all be false and a lie.
They state that their platform is run on ai which is a joke since they have so many processing errors. Their ai can even process an order or a withdrawal.
That’s not ai- it seems
More like a system designed and programmed to give false error messages in order to fraudulently induce investors and steal their money

Ive been using the system for a little over 3 weeks. Been good so far. I saw they had a "hot" Contract and went to purchase. It allowed me to and then i saw the account went negative. I contacted customer service and they said there was a special note about 2 of those contracts. My mistake. I added funds to make the account positive. Was told it would fix the suspension. It did not, and now they are saying i need to add more money into the account. Ive contact fiobits email and waiting on a response as customer service keeps telling me they cannot fix the issue and cannot return the money.

100% scam!
I was extremely skeptical at first. Ive purchased 8 contracts so far and not a single problem. Withdrawls are very fast, 2-3 minutes. Customer service chat is quick to respond and they are helpful. If things change as I work my way up the plans I'll submit another review. Update: 100% scam. Everything went like clockwork until I tried a larger withdrawl. I was told I had to wait until July 10th due to maintenance. I figured I would buy a new plan while I wait. Fiobit did a triple order on me and put my account in the negative. They said a lag on my end caused it, and i would need to deposit more money to get my account corrected. I'm out 2k. I'm on here to try and stop this from happening to others. People, read the reviews on other sites as well. These people are are crooked as hell. Now they will respond with some BS telling all of you what "I" did wrong. They did the same thing to many, many other, including a co- worker of mine. I'm reporting this to fbi internet crimes and whoever else will listen. Don't be fooled like me!!!

Can't make withdrawals
Can't make withdrawals. There goes 1200. Total scam. I have screenshots of all my transactions and never got paid. No customer service just give them money and its gone. Insane that this comes up as a legit option and is promoted by many sites. They should have a class action filed. I don't even care about my earned money from contracts I just want my investment back. I just had a son last week and this is really screwing us financially. Again I have tons of screenshots of you want proof. If this changes or they give me money back I'll change my review.

You need to bind your wallet address before making a withdrawal. Click on “Wallet,” bind your wallet address, and you will then be able to proceed with the withdrawal.

I believe this is a scam. I ordered a product and due to a 'delay in my network' that caused it to be ordered twice. I went ahead and paid the additional money for the 2 contracts. After that I no longer received my profits. They said due to an error, they could restore my contract if I doubled my purchase. I suspect all the 'good reviews' are BS. STAY AWAY from Fiobit and don't get scammed like me.
