Awaiting a refund…
I order a pink children's bike saddle and when it arrived it was clearly damaged. The item was returned so I could be refunded. However I have had no contact since and no REFUND!! Very poor service.

FireCloud Cycles are excellent. I had been looking for a particular size of seat post for a Dutch bike, FireCloud Cycles had this item in stock, reasonably priced & free postage as well, unbelievable!
I had been searching the Internet for a particular size of seat post to fit a Dutch bike, the item I wanted was available in the Netherlands but at a considerable expense, mainly shipping costs. I then found the very seat post on FireCloud Cycles, reasonably priced and with free shipping/postage, the experience of FireCloud Cycles has been excellent, well done to that company!
