Could you please email our customer service team (Service@FirehouseShirtClub.com) to look into this, because I don't see any evidence of improper billing since your cancellation? Also, please understand that small businesses like ours are not in the technology business; rather, we are at the mercy of the technology businesses we build our businesses on, so a little grace is greatly appreciated. The service is great. I would like to see a better variety of colors for the shirts and less of the odd designs. It would be nice to have the option to order past firehouses that we missed before being in the club.
