Ordered one day, arrived the next. Followed the simple set up video and three smoke and one heat alarm set up in minutes. Light in weight so easy to fix to ceiling and very unobtrusive, so all good so far.

had problem setting up alarms which turned out to be faulty. Got replacement set sent which were simple to install and working perfectly. Chloe Nicol from customer services was very helpful and patient

Fairly easy to install three interlinked smoke alarms and one heat alarm. I used the double sided adhesive to stick the bracket onto the ceiling and then applied the screws into the ceiling to make extra sure it stayed up (don't use the plastic plugs, you do not need them). The only tricky part was reinserting the alarm body onto the bracket but that only took a couple of minutes each time.

Order process worked well. When linking units before installation one did not link so rang Firelink for help. Very helpful and sent out new unit to replace faulty one.

Good range of products and easy to find and order on the website. The online guide to what alarms were needed was very helpful and our order arrived promptly.

I bought the Firelink system based on the major overall theme of mandatory interlinking alarms. I'd seen other suppliers advertising what seemed to be interlinking smoke+heat+CO alarm systems or combinations, and I just assumed, mistakenly, that the Firelink system likewise incorporated a CO linkage.

I was wrong, but I don't think Firelink made remotely enough effort to state clearly that their CO alarm is a stand-alone unlinked unit.

In the general context of linked alarms, the Firelink name surely conveys the natural implication that it is a fully linked system, indeed the CO pack is labelled "Firelink direct Carbon Monoxide Alarm".

Our only clue therefore is the absence of the word "Interlinked" and I don't consider this sufficient clarification in these new and unfamiliar circumstances.
