Still haven't received my package after a couples of weeks.

Product well described, in the context of new regulations and it has finally arrived complete and ready to install.
The only mild down mark has been a relatively protracted delivery process with limited tracking.
I would have paid a small premium for tracking, given the value of the consignment
However, when I spoke to your office, I found your team member to be friendly, courteous and helpful.
Would I recommend your company to friends or neighbours? With the above caveat my answer is yes.

All good - the delivery did not come as soon as i expected - But it is December!
it was a short wait - but when it did come the package was as expected.
I was glad to be able to get up to spec with the new Scottish home smoke detector laws.

The product was as advertised, it was easy to buy, easy to install and appears to be working as it should. Before I purchased I had a few questions which were answered in a brief conversation by telephone. My enquiry was dealt with promptly and effectively.

Really easy to figure out the exact amount of alarms I needed for my home as a result of their questionnaire. Easy to follow installation and connecting all devices guide video provided.

Pretty disappointed as 10 days after ordering I’m still waiting for the smoke detectors and the main reason I ordered from them was it looked like quick delivery , so I’m sitting with a house with no detectors !!. Phoned after a week and told they were being despatched that day , but that did not happen as it’s now 4 days later .

Quick prompt service. Alarms are so simple to link up, a pleasure set up. And a choice of sticky mounts or to screw fix in position.

Well the product took so long in the post I have only just managed to arrange a diy fit into my busy schedule. So it’s one star as it took twice as long to deliver. Have not established how simple to fit or whether it operates. I would have delayed a review but this is my last opportunity.

The company website is set up so well it asks the appropriate questions and gives you a package to suit your every need, setting up the devices could not be easier

Helpful advise over the phone and onsite, quick and easy to install

Quickly and efficiently delivered.
Easy to follow instructions and the double sided stick-ons seem to work well (so far).
A little fiddly to re-attach smoke and heat detector units to brackets when using screws, but just requires a little patience.
Would be worth adding a line to instructions for remote unit, to remove strip from battery in order to activate. It is obvious and fairly routine for battery operated devices these days, nevertheless......
But overall very satisfied.

We ordered 2 sets for own and daughters house as they were advertised as self sticking with no need for screws. The remote on first set wasn’t working but it was some time before we put them up (although guarantee is for 5 years) and following a phone call to the company they were very good and sent a replacement within a day or 2. One of the alarms sticks to the ceiling firmly with the adhesive ring that’s supplied but the 2 that come with screws and have plastic notches for screws to fit in don’t hold the adhesive circle very well and one has broken completely with falling off the ceiling constantly so we cannot use this one. The second has now started to fall. Will have use screws to attach this one to ceiling otherwise we cannot rely on them

The package arrived the day AFTER I was told it would by DHL who dishonestly emailed to say they had tried on the day first stated, when they hadn't.
The alarms, made in China, look fine and their instructions contain very few language mistakes.
I like the fact that their fixings include screws AND alternative adhesive rings.
For setting-up, the video by Firelink is most helpful and should always be watched before starting.
Firelink's on-line initial appraisal is quick and effective, but I feel tricked by it into buying the "remote" which is an unnecessary optional extra as the alarms are inter-linked without the need for one.
All alarms are now in place and apparently working satisfactorily. Thank you.
