We are both very happy with the level of service we have received from Fireplace - fitters right from the start, starting with Gemma, supplying us with a mine of information to make our selection of burner, right through to the installation of our log burner with the team of Paul & Steph who were very polite and knowledgeable and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company should anybody be looking for a reliable service, if I have one complaint it is that I bought bacon and sausages for the fitters breakfast who actually did not want anything to eat🤔😳, still there loss was our dinner 😂😂

Fireplace Fitters are amazing. We had an ultra wide Gazco fire installed by another local company last year and it has not worked properly from the start. Neither the contractor, gas fitter or even Gazco head office themselves spotted the problem and we were close to having to rip the whole thing out. I contacted Fireplace Fitters as a last throw of the dice and within an hour they had spotted the problem and fixed the fire. We now have an amazing looking fire like we had originally wished for. Well done team. Highly recommended

Wow! What a fantastic company. Gemma’s communication was fantastic from the start, recommending products to ensure we got the look we desired. Paul and Stefan worked so hard to ensure this was completed in just 1 day. It’s very rare to find contractors who look after your home when carrying out work. They protected our furniture and tidied up after a long 11 hours of hard graft. They were knowledgable, polite and talked us through the aftercare too. A very professional company!
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if we ever needed to. Thank you all so much. (Oh and we absolutely love our fireplace)

From start to finish, Gemma and the team delivered a faultless service. Advice on lining the chimney and then carrying out the job was trouble free, the guys always arrived on time and cleaned up after the job. The flexibility of having them order the stove i wanted, deliver it and install at a time that was convenient for me, and make a beautiful job of the custom fireplace surround leaves me a very satisfied customer. I have used Fireplace Fitters for the annual service on my Gazco fire for several years. The customer service is first class. The office team are attentive and polite. If the team are unable to take a call immediately they call back. Appointment times and dates have aways been kept. The service technicians, again, are polite and efficient. A great company to do business with.

What can I say? From the first contact through to the fitting of our gas fire everything and everybody was absolutely first class. The communication, service and fitting was unbeatable and we are thrilled with the product.

The whole team are fantastic. Gemma in the office provides excellent customer service, giving me regular updates when there was a supply chain issue with my stove, and all the inspectors and fitters are polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, qualified, and very respectful of property and pets, as well as tidy and careful. Definitely recommended. Their pricing is very competitive too.

These guys removed my monster of a fireplace, lined my chimney and installed a wood burning stove in a day. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. They were also very patient when I changed my mind lots of times. Good customer service and did a great job.
