From the beginning the company was very helpful, communications were excellent and I felt I was given a lot of choices but also helpful guidance. The fitting of the stove was very quick, smooth, clean, the men polite and friendly. Despite coming a long way to my house they were well on time. It could not have been better and I would strongly recommend them.

The Fireplace Fitters company is the best choice I could have made, Gemma is an amazing lady who helped me design my fireplace she talked through everything with me, giving me peace of mind, prompt emails with constant updates she couldn’t have done more, the fitters an absolute joy to be with, polite knowledgeable, tidy respectful Kai Paul and Jordan I feel so lucky to have such skilled workmen in my house, I will recommend this company to anyone it was a great experience and the most professional finish.

I had the best experience with this company from start to finish. I had purchased a second hand wood burner to save money and it was hard to find a company that was happy to do the installation only. Fireplace-Fitters did a fantastic job at a really good price. They provided a detailed quotation and gave me several options for the installation, for example also centralising my fireplace which made a huge difference. They also protected all furniture before starting the work, the log burner looks absolutely stunning, I couldn’t be more pleased!

And another 5 star review. The two fitters we had out did a fantastic job. Friendly, tidy and contentious. The finished installation was done impeccably. Could not be happier.

FF recently fitted a Dik Guerts wood burner in my home. There were a few unexpected structural problems but they sorted them out and the end result was excellent. Gemma was very helpful and patient in my search for the right stove and Jordan was very professional when fitting the stove. I am very pleased -and nice and warm!

I’m so happy with my fireplace, it looks amazing and really finishes off my living room. What a great company. From initial enquiry and ongoing support provided by Gemma & Amy to survey undertaken by Paul and through to final installation (Richard & Paul). We are so very pleased with the final result, a beautiful fireplace surround and flueless gas fire fitted to a very high standard. Our lounge is transformed. We have no hesitation in recommending this very friendly company and will certainly use them again for future servicing.

For years, I have had to lie down on the floor with a lighted taper to ignite our ageing open gas fire. As of this morning, when two experienced engineers (father and son) came round with a new, remote-controlled unit which they fitted with minimum inconvenience and a maximum of smiles, we can now sit back and press buttons on a remote control. They also did remedial work on a loose chimney pot and fitted appropriate covers. The service throughout has been excellent, with Gemma guiding us through the different stages. We have no hesitation in recommending this small, family-based company.

Contacted fireplace fitters company asking to repair a damaged outdoor gas pipe to our fire pit, they were very thorough, asking for pictures and description of damage and works ? they came back with a quotation within 24 hours and within 3 days of our inquiry the work was completed 😃 very helpful, very professional, and kept us updated and notified at all times, the most important part was the price was very reasonable 👍🏼 thank you for your help.

Jordan came to carry out the initial survey , he was very thorough in his explanation . He then came to do the fitting of my stove. Very professional knew his job. Absolutely recommend from start to finish, great job done.

We had a Gazco studio one fire fitted a few years back and to be honest it has been a bit of a nightmare. We had all sorts of problems that the original fitters were unable to sort out and bit by bit the fire was gradually replaced under warranty until Gazco themselves came out to sort the issue. Needed to find someone different to do the ongoing servicing and this company has been great. They are very efficient and communicate well. As well as doing some trouble shooting for us when we had all the problems they have now serviced our fire and what a positive experience that turned out to be when compared to the original fitters. Highly recommend this company.
