First class service.
Very helpful advice initially, followed by an excellent survey then equally excellent installation.
There was very good communication throughout and the fitters who surveyed and subsequently did the installation, turned up bang on schedule and made sure that everything was perfect, clean and tidy when finishing.
We couldn't be happier with the result!

The communication with Gemma in the office and Stefan and Paul onsite throughout the process was excellent, the fitters listened to our wishes and built the media wall just how we wanted, and all within the timeframe we were told. Oliver the electrician was very good and helpful, he even kindly installed an outside plug as an additional task. We are absolutely delighted with our media wall and would highly recommend The Fireplace Fitters company for those considering having one built.

Absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend!!! Working with Gemma and the team to sort out a rather large task of removing gas fireplace, removing brick work and even chasing electrics was outstanding craftsmanship.

We found the Fireplace Fitters doing some research online for Media Walls and fireplaces. After reading all the positive reviews and browsing their website we sent in an enquiry about a media wall with some of our initial ideas. The next day we had an email back from the amazing Gemma ... not only had she read our ideas and understood them, she also sent us links to products and ideas! The diligence and personal service was exceptional. Within a week Jordan came to visit us to do a survey and understand more about what we had in mind - again he also really listened to what we wanted and provided expert guidance. Once we had selected all the products - we went for a wooden beam and an electric stove with granite surround - we booked in the work estimated to be 3 days (did it in 2.5). Jordan and Stefan came to do the work and were absolute legends - punctual, friendly, hardworking and took total pride in their work with a focus on perfection. The media wall we now have is nothing short of stunning and we are delighted! From the first moment we contacted Gemma we knew we had made the right choice. Jordan and Stefan not only built us an amazing bespoke media wall, they also expertly mounted our new TV (including advice on the best wall bracket). They even hoovered up before they left so the room was spotless! If you are thinking of a media wall then give Gemma a call today!

Clear communication, turned up on time and excellent service. I have tried before to replace my custom gas fire and it was a nightmare - but not this time.

After 12 years our Bellfire failed to work. We tried a couple of local companies but neither were able to resolve the problem. We were passed, by the manufacturers, to The Fireplace Fitters as the best way forward and they didn't disappoint. Very efficient and helpful, we now have a fully working fire. Great work!

Great experience with Gemma and Jordan at Fireplace Fitters. I had an old, open fireplace removed, surveyed and rebuilt with a multifuel stove in a feature wall. The whole process was smooth and the team were very knowledgeable and explained to me the various options for my fireplace. Fully recommend them to anyone interested in fireplaces!

Fireplace-fitters have been attending to my fireplace, repairing and servicing it for 10 years. The service has been consistently fabulous: they do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, tidily and professionally.

Had a Bellfire York Modern fire installed and regularly serviced over 20 years ago by a company which then closed down. Struggled to find someone who could service and repair fire ever since until contacting Bellfire Manufacturers in Netherlands asking for help, they passed our request to The Fireplace Fitters Company Ltd. What a response! Within hours we had been contacted and days later had the fire serviced and repaired. Cannot fault attention to detail and service we received. Would fully recommend this company to anyone.

We used this company a few years ago when we lived at our old house and because they did an excellent job last time we elected to use them again. They did not disappoint.
The fitting of the cement board at the back of the fireplace proved a little tricky but Jordan and Stef put in a most fantastic fit and their scribing in particular is outstanding. In fact I didn't actually expect them to go to such trouble.
The fitters were very punctual, tidy, conscientious and with a 'can do' posotive attitude to their trade.
And of course Gemma, ever reliable and always returns all my questions either by email or phone call.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough for they set the bar!

Installed our wood burning stove and the whole team were knowledgeable, very helpful and kept us informed all the way thorough the process. We now have it serviced every year, no fuss and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

The FF team were a total joy to deal with. They were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive - and the fitters left the room cleaner than they found it!
