I never received my complete order and have tried numerous times and ways to try to contact the company with zero success.

Ordering and shipment was great. My only issue is the Dimplex Tech I spoke with on the phone did not have a solution to solve a remote control frequency problem when I use my LG remote and it turns my fireplace on. He told me to contact LG, which said I need Dimplex to reset their frequency on the fireplace. I still have the issue and need help.

We ordered a Dimplex IgniteXL 74" Linear Recessed. We built the wall ourselves and the install of the fireplace was much easier than expected. The fireplace is great and looks great. Streamline linear loom and realistic looking flames. The fireplace is plugged in and not on a dedicated breaker. we have not had any issues with the breaker flipping while blowing heat.

We are a local contractor based out of Kansas City who builds custom pool houses and roof structures. After our local vendor couldn’t get what we needed we searched for a different supplier.
