Rockin' the Rocks!

Global Stone of NY rocks! Super-fast shipping, exactly what I ordered. And therein lay the problem because I discovered I needed a change. Asked what to do well before they sent it out. The answer was they already sent it out. LOL, right, this is NY and they had more than a minute. The next communications were a bit rocky. In the interest of making a long story shorter, it ended with an offer to send the requested change item at no charge. Wow!! An incredibly nice thing to do! This is also quintessential NY, folks! Efficiency, attitude, AND class. Must have all three to make it work, and Global Stone has them in spades! Perfect products and pretty perfect prices, absolutely excellent service. They don't "f" around in the slightest! Just make sure you know what you really want or need *before* you place that order! :)

Nice people & great prices

Nice people on the phone, though it took a couple tries to get to the right human. They had to adjust the listing so I could buy from outside NY, and they needed less than 5 minutes.

Poor inventory monitoring

Your website allowed me to place an order for a product that was not available. Waste of my time. You need better inventory data to prevent this.

Do not depend on these guys

Paid $150.0 extra for expedited 2 day shipping. Ordered on 25th of November. Product showed up at the billing address on December 2nd even though the confirmation email showed it shipping to the correct ship to address. Their shipping dept are goof balls that will leave you on the job with no materials for your crews to work with. Use someone else if you need your product on time and at the right location.
