Don't waisted your time here

Don't waisted your time here. I ordered what I needed and paid for very expensive overnight shipping. Fireplaces Direct calls me back later saying the input the wrong address and ask me to verify it. It's funny they have my address and ship to address with is correct, yet 4 1/2 days later I'm wondering if it will even show up today. This is the second ti.e I will cancel an order on these guys because a product doesn't show up in a reasonable amount of time.

When we placed this order for you and processed it, we were notified by FedEx that the address that we were provided by you was pulling up in their system as an incorrect address. Which is why we reached out to you, to verify the address. We then let FedEx know that the address that was provided to them was in fact correct. We bought 2 units

We bought 2 units. The first one didn't work said it needed a part after lots of time on the phone. Couldn't get help so I purchased a second one, the same part number, just to get my customer satisfied and it came without a remote hookup. The 1st one was missing the remote by the way and 1 just ordered one. So I called to get everything returned and was told they won't return anything that has been hooked up. How do you know if it works unless you hook it up? Not a good policy.

Thank you for the feedback. There is only 1 purchase that was made with our company and that is for 1 gas log set. Unfortunately anything that uses gas cannot be returned once it is installed. That is the policy that is stated on our website, all returns have to be within 30 days and in new unused condition. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

22 Year Old Gas Fireplace, Repaired :-)

Working with a gas fireplace, 22 years old, thanks to the photos posted on your website, I was able locate the Copreci 72PKNQM which is an exact match to my needs. Instructions with part were clear. Arrive 6 days ahead of estimate. Within a week fireplace is working with a better pilot than before. I was able to re-use pan & logs. Outstanding provider. Thank-you.

Originally had issues with my gas log set remote not working. Kyle was very helpful in getting my issue resolved in a timely manner!! I would highly recommend Fireplaces Direct to anyone who may be interested in fireplace related projects! Great service and fast shipping, reasonable prices.

Not so hot

First, I waited 7 weeks to receive this item. Second, I had to reach out 3 times to find out what was up with my order as I had no receipt of communication. Third, once i finally received the order, I was extremely disappointed to find this was just a sculpture, not an electric display as this was marketed. I sent it back. I am even more disappointed that I had to pay for return shipping

Our website does state that this is for the accessory log kit only, it is not marketed as a full fireplace. Because of the delay of this item, when you notified us that you wanted to return the item we agreed to only charge return shipping. Our policy also clearly states that we do deduct shipping charges for outbound and return shipping if the the reason for a return is not due to a fault by our company.
