After the damaged fireplace was picked…

After the damaged fireplace was picked up in the new one was delivered. It was short 2 ft section. Waiting .The blower blew breaker, need a replacement, waiting...I have over 6000. Invested waiting for refund of damage fireplace. Waiting... have been helped but almost a month since first ordered and still waiting...

We apologize for the delay we were hit with a pretty good snow storm last Tuesday and have not had carrier pick up for our deliveries until today. My order sat on a shelf in a warehouse…

My order sat on a shelf in a warehouse for over 10 days until I finally called and the customer service rep said “wow, it looks like we had a problem and it never shipped…let’s get that shipped to you as soon as possible” and then I said “how about you overnight it because it was supposed to arrive at the latest yesterday?” And she said “yeah I guess we can do that”…..seriously?!

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately when we sent his order over to our supplier after you made the purchase it was not received by them. When you called to check on the status is when we realized they had not received it. We asked them to submit the order and overnight the shipping to you at that time. Our concern was not with having and paying for the overnight shipping due to the error, we were happy to do that. Our concern was telling you we would overnight it and it being delayed due to all of the winter storms going through the mid-west currently. Please let us know if there is anything more we can assist you with.

Exceeded expectations on hard to find part

I needed a hard to find component to merge existing, wood stove, chimney with new pellet stove. It's a 7" to 4" chimney reducer. Thank you for having it to purchase!! I was told "good luck" by a pro in regards to finding that vital adapter. After ordering, I got an email that the manufacture was delayed by four weeks for that part. That had me assuming, based upon timing, it would be early to middle of February at best. I then got an email yesterday that it was shipped and delivered this morning shortly after I left for work. The email of the updated, much sooner than expected, shipping and next day delivery MADE MY DAY!!! THANK YOU!!! I didn't think I would be able to use my new pellet stove for much of this winter, glad to be wrong!! :)
