Shipping was ridiculously fast. Fireplace arrived in good condition and well packaged. I'd buy from them again, it was easy.

Thank you for the feedback. We did send you an email this morning letting you know that the reason for the delay in this shipment was due to inclement weather that has happened in the Midwest. When freight carriers get bogged down with freight coming in, and then unable to send it back out, it takes time to get things back in order and organized so the freight goes out to the right place. You should be receiving a call from your terminal today to update you that the shipment will be delivered to you on Monday, and be able to schedule that delivery with them. Please let us know if there is anything more we can assist you with.

Bought this last heating year

Bought this last heating year. Seems I turn stove up to 5 and this piece overheats.
Fan tripped limit switch by morning. When restarted, fan was making noise at higher heat setting. Keeping it under 4. It's a pity that half of the heat options break the stove.

The fireplace spark guard was delivered quickly, but poorly assembled.

The fireplace spark guard was delivered quickly, which was great. But it arrived poorly assembled, with one of its three panels partially detached. The screws had been cross-threaded during assembly. One of the three panels remains loose, I believe the thread is too damaged to be easily tightenable.

I received my order 2 days later

I received my order 2 days later. I haven’t installed it yet but will let you know. The only negative is the usability of the web site. I had to use my google search engine to find what I needed. Your actual service site wouldn’t go to what I needed.

I was able to reach someone quickly that could help.

I appreciate most of all that when I called that I was able to speak to someone that speaks English as a primary language! Second , Alex was knowledgeable and helpful with a suggestion that I might like a simpler remote. He was patient and answered my questions.
