I attempted to place an order on line but every time I tried to enter my company credit card details there was an error. I gave up thinking it was a problem with my card. I then received a call from a very helpful staff member from Fire Safety. They explained there was a problem with their on-line site with payments. They asked if I still want to make a purchase & advised they could take the payment if I did. I did still need the items, gave my card details order was placed & received 2 days later. Excellent customer service. Thank-you

Excellent service from Daniel and the team. Problem with 3rd party delivery company but Fire Safety took responsibility and sorted it out.

Daniel was very helpful in sorting out some shipping issues we faced with our order. These issues were quickly resolved and we received our shipment shorty afterwards. We would definately use Fire Safety UK again.

I have been trying for the last month to arrange an engineer to call to service my fire extinguishers. I have been using this company since 2014 but the service has been deteriorating and despite about six calls to arrange a visit I have not been even given the courtesy of a return call despite them acknowledging they have all my details and would phone me back.
I urge anyone thinking of buying an extinguisher or having one serviced by them to think very carefully indeed !

Very poor communication, wasn't advised out of stock online, wasn't told it was out of stock, when I asked they promised another date and guess what still no delivery. Paid a premium for delivery. Avoid this company, check competitors addresses as a lot of them have the same address in Derby. Next day delivery is currently next week delivery if your very lucky.

My first order was cancelled without explanation, just had an email. Then i reordered and had an email 3rd June saying it has been dispatched but still not received. I've emailed twice with absolutely no contact. They have however taken my money. Still no product though.

Good value and pleased to receive goods in good time. Delivery went to wrong postcode, even though I did give you the correct one. I can only assume that the address was copied incorrectly on the parcels.
