Cannot recommend this company and Darren enough! Looked after us from day one and ensured the best product met ours and our houses needs no issues at all. Also I’d like to mention outstanding service on after care also, helping on lighting the fire. Purchasing logs and equipment etc and encouraged contact afterwards. Ignite are Attentive, clean and respectful of peoples properties . I love my new wood burner and love how the team were so knowledgeable and gave OUTSTANDING service and were very much attention to detail can’t fault what so ever !. My house looks amazing and is so warm. Thank you team !

I honestly could not rate this company highly enough - We used Ignite 7 years ago to fit our first log burner and didnt hesitate to use them again when we moved into our new house. Extremely pleased with the service from Ignite+ Limited from start to finish. Very professional, Darren is really helpful and knowledgeable so choosing the stove was enjoyable and easy. Installation went incredibly smoothly and professionally. The finished woodburner looks superb and I could not recommend this company more highly.

Darren and the guys did such a great job. It wasn’t the easiest for them, but they pursued with a positive and proactive attitude. It was a pleasure having them in our home and were so pleased with the final result. Can’t wait to get burning!

We were wanting to have our open fire removed and a log burner installed,and wanted a company that could do the entire job. I spent a lot of time researching local companies and eventually after speaking to people and looking at previous installations I decided to invite Darren to quote me for a installation.For me the quality of the product and standard of workmanship was important and I also stipulated that I wanted the installation to achieve certain things that I particularly wanted and were important to me.Darren quoted me a price and assured me he could meet my expectations.I paid a very small deposit and then was invited to view the stove and hearth etc at his showroom so I could be sure it was what I wanted.An installation date was agreed and on the day Darren and his team arrived promptly and carried out all the work within a day.The work was completed to a very high standard and we are thrilled with our stove all my expectations were met and Darren and his team were professional polite and clean and tidy.I would wholeheartedly recommend you speak to Darren if you require a stove installation you won't be disappointed.

We were really pleased with the wonderful service we received from Ignite+ Limited. Darren helped us choose the perfect Charnwood stove for our room, dispelling some myths we had heard from other suppliers. We were expecting the quotation to be expensive because of the great, personal service we had received, but we were really happy to see that the quotation was really competitive. Installation was quickly arranged after a visit to Ignite's lovely country showroom, and soon after the stove was fitted to Darren and his team's exacting standards. Having friends and family in the building trade, nobody that has seen the installation has been able to find anything that could have been done better. I am very exacting, but the attention to detail on the installation is impeccable. It is a shame that Ignite can't complete all the other renovation work we have planned, as the whole process was completely painless!

From first visit through to fitting we had a a first class service! Good continuity. Darren is the first contact and then through to fitting and after care . Seamless! We are very pleased with our stove and the care that was taken during fitting. With no mess, we felt we had been very looked after by Darren and his friendly team. Really pleased with the whole process from first enquiry to final clear up after installation. Darren and Helen have been very helpful during the pre-installation period with lots of information and a chance to see the stoves at the showroom. Darren was able to re-use my much-loved resin mantel and protect it from the heat, which is something I was told couldn't happen by another supplier. Ignite's price was better too. Installation took less than a day and Darren and Wayne left the place very clean and tidy apart from some inevitable dust on surfaces which I had neglected to clear of knick-knacks! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ignite.

Had some initial stock issues but communication was good and tried very hard to resolve. Final result is great.

We chose Ignite to fit our woodburning stove as Darren was so good at helping us work out how we could reconfigure our lounge to accommodate it. Without his vision we may well of given up on the idea. On the day of fitting there had to be a small change of location but nothing seemed to be a drama or not possible. We trusted in their ability to make it work. During fitting the 3 men were careful to keep mess to a minimum, needing only to pop back the following day to complete some plastering . We now have fantastic duel fuel stove and have had plenty of use out of it . We were so impressed with how professional Ignite were but combined with a warm friendliness and humour,we would recommend them 100%.
