Good but missed delivery slot
Clear website. Product came as ordered. However, I paid for the next working day delivery (and ordered at Thursday 1 pm) but, instead of arriving on Friday, it arrived Monday.

Not delivered. Keep getting a message from delivery company (DX) saying day of delivery and then nothing arriving. Very ureliable and delaying my project. Poor service, considering a 1/4 of the cost was in delivery fees for a relatively small item.

Products are excellent but their picking and delivery are poor
Products are excellent but their picking list following an order is confusing as items that were not picked up still appears on the list only to realise upon receipt a number of items missing and have to chase up for them to make good. Also, the delivery company - DX Express, which is contracted out need to improve their services as imprompt, as in delayed, at times for days as opposed to next day, seriously undermines ongoing projects.
