Lovely company making custom Lego figs and parts Excellent customer service and high quality products.

I've decided to leave a final review for Firestar Toys because I'm extremely disappointed once again with the shipping time of an order. I find it unacceptable that you force customers to pay nearly £40 for express shipping after a certain number of items when the shipping time is so disastrous. Not to mention my previous order on your site where DHL didn't even bother to deliver to my home, even though I was home. That may have been beyond your control, but when you add the disastrous delivery to your shipping time, it clearly discourages me from buying from you. Again, the products are of good quality, there's no problem there, but waiting this long is unacceptable. I understand that you have a lot of orders to process and that it takes time, but in that case, you don't charge customers for express delivery; that's unacceptable. I hope that my latest order will be processed soon and that I will receive it correctly, but I think this will be my last order with you; your way of operating is not very customer-friendly.

DHL had a problem with my order, and the Firestartoys team was there every step of the way and helped me resolve it. It's so appreciated when you have a team like that. Thank you FireStarToys, thank you George!

FireStar Toys absolutely nailed it with my recent order. From the moment I opened the package, it was obvious these custom printed LEGO parts are on a completely different level of quality.

Yes, they come at a higher price point — but the quality fully justifies it. The print clarity is incredibly sharp, alignment is precise, colors are vibrant and accurate, and the finish is flawless. Products arrive in excellent condition with thorough packaging. The one time I did receive a damaged item, the customer service was excellent and shipped a replacement along with adding points to my account.

I have been customers of Firestar Toys for 3 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. Orders have been on time and perfect. I can't recommend these guys enough!!! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing team, I have bought from them for many, many years and never had a single issue. They are always willing to help, in this case Lisa was really kind and helpful. they are the best of the best!

From my experience, they've been nothing but amazing and very understanding. The communication was also efficient. My order arrived in a timely manner, and my mini figures were just as advertised.

FST make excellent custom Lego products, and I have purchased form them several times over the years as I am always happy with what I recieve.

But for my last 2 orders, their processing times have been quite frankly awful. I placed an order on 15/04 and 2 weeks later (29/04) (10 working days) I finally recieved a tracking number.
I placed another order on 13/05, and it has been a further 2 weeks and I haven't had an update on my order. Their FAQs say it should take 3-7 days and, while they acknowledge it could take longer due to X, Y, Z circumstances, there is nothing on the website, or my confirmation email, to indicate that they are currently in any of those circumstances, meaning I am in the dark about my order.

It's this lack of explanation or communication that bothers me and if orders were shipped on time, or had their delays explained, my rating would be higher.

There was simple picking error and they despatched the wrong style and colour.
It's taken a week to get a response, and another week down the line and they still can't sort the return or replacement.
They are now becoming difficult

The customer live chat support team have been great! I had some questions about shipping as it's my 1st time using them and the live chat team was so nice and helpful always kept me in the loop. George and Frenchie was the two members of the team I was live chatting. If you have any questions about your order these guys will answer them! Great experience from me with the live chat team!

Since recently Starting my D&D and Tabletop LEGO MOC Hobby I’ve used FireStarToys many Times (Around 10 Orders so far with another Planned).

FireStarToys Team are very Resourceful and the Website is Cleanly Designed with a lot to offer from various Custom LEGO Part Manufacturers as well as some very Unique Custom Printed Parts of their own (Best looking Prints I’ve seen for Custom Non-Official LEGO so far).

Returns are Easy and the Points System is Welcome (They know is LEGO Heads will be coming back).

Now I’ve seen Complaints regarding Time and Dispatch, However they are a Small Dedicated (And Passionate) Team and their Service ISN’T and SHOULDN’T be Compared to an Amazon Prime Next-Day-Delivery. Of course I would want the Items Faster, But again that ISN’T the Service they are Offering or Advertising at their current Scope and Personally that’s Fine with me.

I look forward to them adding more Items to their Stock from other Creators and would definitely Shop with them again and try their Custom Prints on the next one.

One of my favorite custom Lego vendors! All the best offerings from multiple different manufacturers in a single place, and a rewards point system that's actually pretty good. Plus, should there be an issue, they've got awesome customer service (shout-out to my guy George). My only wish is that they had a US branch for even quicker shipping, but that's a minor quibble. Great company.

Officially disputing my order with Paypal today, been 2 weeks with no replies from you. Ordered even longer ago.

I have brought 2 amazing items from the in the last 2 weeks for the first time and the quality and packaging are amazing and they are very quick to deliver them to me absolutely love them definitely been buying more items in the future from them

I have been using Firestar for a while now. And I have never had a bad experience, excellent products and the website is very easy to navigate.

Superb quality of every product I have ordered. Every lego figure piece or figure has been faultless.
If every there has been an issue, the customer services have been excellent - rectified immediately.

Excellent customer service and impeccable design on their minifigures. They have an enormous selection and shipping to the US that, while a little costly, comes neatly packaged from DHL with everything safely wrapped and marked. I highly recommend this small team of designers, their passion is unmistakable.
