Not gonna lie, Firestorm Cards' website is offputting, it looks like it was made in the early 2000s. But i got a copy of Speakeasy off them when no-one had it in stock. Anyone that knows anything... See more

Scamers!
The wrong order was sent. They asked me to return the item (which I did), but they haven’t sent the original order and are not responding to emails either.

We’re very sorry to hear that you feel you have been scammed. Your return was collected on Thursday, and delivery was attempted on Monday. Unfortunately, we were not open that day as it took us 13 hours to reach the office due to a breakdown on the M4.
Your replacement will be shipped as soon as your return arrives, which we expect today. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We're always happy to help and resolve any issues promptly, but we also expect a fair level of patience and understanding in return.
Your parcel was received back with us on Friday, and before we had a working day to process it, you had already escalated things with a PayPal claim. It’s disappointing when customers expect instant results yet take their own time when returning items.
We treat all our customers with respect and aim to provide good service, but it's difficult when we're not afforded the same courtesy. A bit of mutual consideration goes a long way.
