I am giving 0 stars because I paid for firewood and it never arrived. The company chose a courier that is clearly not reliable, and since the day of purchase the delivery has been continuously postponed with no clear explanation. Every time the delivery date gets moved forward again and again, which is completely unacceptable. There is no proper communication, no real solution offered, and no certainty about when (or if) the goods will ever be delivered. At this point, after repeated delays, it is impossible not to seriously doubt the reliability of this company. I am not saying this is definitely a scam, but the experience feels very close to one: money paid, product not delivered, and constant excuses. As a customer, this creates stress, frustration, and a total lack of trust. Very negative experience. I do not recommend this company at all.
