All great- delivery, service, product, care. Wood burns nicely, is well-chopped and seasoned. A decent amount of bark left on logs- excellent kindling!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We're pleased that you found the wood well-chopped, properly seasoned, and burning nicely. It's great to hear that the bark on the logs provided some excellent natural kindling too. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to your next order.
Regards, TW
The Birch, we think, is the best wood ever. No difficulty lighting and very little ash. The burn is bright and warm. It's our favourite

What fantastic feedback, thank you! It's great to hear the birch firewood has become your go-to choice. There's nothing better than a warm, bright fire that's easy to get going and leaves very little mess behind. We look forward to supplying you again soon.
Regards, TW

I was promised this delivery between April 7th and 17th April to date I have not received my order and am now totally out of fuel. I have received no notification as to why this order is not yet fulfilled but am at present a very very disappointed customer with no logs and out of pocket by 400 plus. Lynn Hamber

Delivered to the garage which made it easier to unload. The logs were of a good size, none that would be too big for the log burner.
