Ordered on line. Easy experience. Delivery was great. Dropped pallet on sidewalk . Just needed two strong lads to move the wood. Not ……didn’t know I had that capacity . But I got it done .

Delivery driver was so helpful pulling the crate right around the back of the house. There was a great amount of wood and it burns amazingly, mega hot and I don't need many logs to get the house toasty

All of our pallet deliveries are handled by third-party couriers and typically arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout. While most deliveries arrive smoothly, delays can occasionally occur depending on routing and local schedules.
In this case, we also didn’t have a contact phone number on the order, which can sometimes make coordination on the day of delivery more difficult for the driver.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

Regarding the delivery, we’re sorry that the driver wasn’t able to place the pallet on the grass as requested. For future orders, we’ll always do our best to pass customer preferences to the driver in advance. That said, for safety reasons, moving a pallet of this weight (approx. 620–650 kg) onto soft ground isn’t always possible, as pallet trucks can get stuck or cause damage.
As outlined in our delivery policy, placing pallets beyond kerbside (e.g. into gardens or through gates) is at the driver’s discretion and can’t be guaranteed, especially when access is tight or surfaces are soft. As we work with multiple delivery partners, we’re unfortunately unable to ensure such requests can always be accommodated.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and really appreciate your understanding.
