I had to return a top that did not fit. Right from the start a customer service rep was there to help and answer all my questions even during the week of Christmas! Got a new top ordered and is on the way! This customer service is awesome!

Very disappointed, my first time ordering and my Hollow active Sports bra advertised as White was delivered and it wasn’t white as advertised it was more Ivory or it looked like it was washed in bleach several times, definitely didn’t look pure white as shown on website! In addition it was too tight and I sized up, I’m usually a small. When I emailed them regarding a refund, my options were not “free refund within 30 days” I could get a partial refund or if I want my full refund I’d have to pay for shipping to China. Very disappointed!

The customer service is excellent — very responsive, polite, and helpful. Communication was smooth and professional, which made the overall experience pleasant.

The only downside is that the size chart does not match the actual product: the items run quite large, so this should be taken into account when ordering.

Overall, a positive experience, and I hope the sizing information will be improved.

Since I discovered Firmabs three months ago, I have placed multiple orders because I genuinely love their designs. However, my latest order, worth around $147, was extremely disappointing.

Shipping suddenly appeared as a charge for my country, even though my orders over $130 previously qualified for free shipping. At checkout, the free T-shirt and free socks were advertised, yet after placing the order, I received an email removing the free socks, which were clearly shown at checkout and are still visible in my order confirmation email.

Customer support replied with a generic response that did not address the issue or offer any solution. While I would normally give Firmabs high marks for their products and designs, this experience falls well below standard. Even if a technical glitch caused the system to display two free gifts, it is their responsibility to resolve it—not to remove a simple item from a customer’s order.

This incident makes me hesitant to place future orders, which is unfortunate given my previous satisfaction with their designs.

I am absolutely thrilled with my orders from Firmabs! 💖 The products are top quality, fit perfectly, and look just as amazing as in the pictures. I never received the item I ordered. I was told that my address was not a valid address. My address is at a UPS store located on a Naval base.

I ordered 3 pairs of Cargo Fitness Leggings, grey, olive and tie dye with the pockets especially for my mobile phone. and they are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. They are high waisted and allow movement with me. I ordered Medium and they are a perfect fit. Extremely happy and recommend Firm Abs to all who are after comfortable leggings for the gym actually they look so great you can wear them when you go out so very fashionable.
