We do however, like to deal in facts and are measured in our approach so please let us clarify the situation:
Your order was placed on the 1st November and despatched within 3 working days which is well within our advised timescale (3-5 days).
Delivery was then attempted Thursday 9th Nov, again within our advised timescale but the couriers have advised a failure to deliver. You should have received an email regarding this.
We have advised you there was a delivery issue and your order is now back out for delivery.
As you can see, we have actioned everything within our control to ensure your order arrives on time.
Moreover, there are a multitude of reasons why deliveries may be impacted, such as traffic, road accidents, issues at courier depots - the list is endless and unfortunately out of our control.
Lastly, it’s a shame you chose to be disparaging instead of reaching out to us but we thank you kindly for your custom.

A gift
Mat is a gift so can not comment on its use but on inspection its as described. I believe the recipient will be very happy with it. I had to flatten it out as there was a fold and crease line, more than likely caused when with the couriers, i would have liked it to be in a more secure and firmer packaging maybe something like a tube similar to that of posters etc. But overall exactly as decribed and happy with the product.

Ordered two mats for my lads
Ordered two mats for my lads. Was a slight issue at the factory but Dan kept me up to date. When the mats arrived the quality was excellent. I got two mats for the same price as one at a competitor and there is no drop in quality. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb Company with Quality Products
Spoke to Dan at first touch who provided first class service.
I have since ordered the Pro Training Mat, and it was a seemless transaction and fast delivery.
Product is superb quality and my lad, who is 6 loves the mat, I have used it too, so suitable for all ages.
Great company, and I look forwards to their website going live soon and seeing their full range.
