Graham was fantastic!! Very enthusiastic, engaging and had relevant working experience in the subject matter. So so enjoyable and would definitely do another course with Avonmore. Learned a lot!

Graham was extremely knowledgeable about first aid, and although this was a three-hour refresher course for me, I got a lot out of it and found it very interesting to learn about the latest updates and changes. He was friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel at ease, which encouraged interaction and participation throughout the session.

The practical elements were particularly engaging, including CPR, choking back blows and abdominal thrusts, and defibrillator training. Overall, it was a fun, interactive, and informative course that I would highly recommend.

After avoiding first aid training for year's I have finally done it!
I felt so at ease and really enjoyed the training, Graham made everyone feel very welcome.
Over 2 evening's we learnt thing's that are extremely important and showed how to carry them out in an emergency situation, for this I'm truly grateful.

Recently attended a first aid course in Drumbeg church Hall,im a member of the indoor bowling club there,I didn't really know what to expect,I met Graham Walsh there and he immediately put me at ease,I found the course informative and very interesting,Graham is a very nice man and explained every detail and guided our every step with respect and gentle encouragement,very professional set up in a relaxed friendly environment,the course was just over 6hrs but it went in very quick,I'd recommend this company to anyone.

At AVNM, I completed my FREC 3 and found the experience thoroughly exceptional—definitely a 10/10. The course material was intriguing, and Graham, the instructor, managed to balance professionalism with a warm, inviting atmosphere for all participants. Even though it was an educational program, it was truly delightful, and I eagerly anticipated each session. This course has greatly boosted my confidence in handling real-life scenarios, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. For once, I have no suggestions for improvement.

I have just completed the three-day First Aid at Work training. Graham was extremely professional and knowledgeable, making the training both fun and engaging. I have learned so much from this course, and I can confidently say it was the best first aid training I have ever received. Thank you, Graham, for your patience and for sharing your expertise!

Myself and a couple of work colleagues attended a fantastic first aid course today with Graham, he made us all feel at ease straight away & was very approachable if we needed any help. He covered a number of topics ie CPR, burns, choking, seizures etc. It was very informative & he was quick to answer any questions we had. The facilities where also very good. I would highly recommend as we had a great day of learning and came away feeling much more confident.

I recently completed FREC 3 training and was initially feeling quite nervous when entering for the first day. I was very quickly put at ease by Graeme and by the fifth day left with much more confidence. Graeme and his team were excellent in encouraging you to get out of your comfort zone and get stuck into the many practical learning opportunities. I was able to get a greater insight into first response care from the experience of Graeme and his team who were only too happy to share their experiences.
This has been one of the best courses I have attended as I did not switch off or lose interest at all during the 5 days, as the provider kept you engaged and stimulated the whole time.
Easy to commute to and good facilities, I will be considering completing FREC4 with this company in the future.

Fantastic course, Avonmore training was 10/10. The content that you learn and get to put into practice is very hands on and Graham the instructor is extremely professional but also makes a huge effort to interact with students and keeps the lessons engaging, Cannot recommend this course enough, I would always like to put an improvement point but in this case I cannot.

Graham is an excellent trainer. To learn properly it is important to feel comfortable within your learning environment and this is exactly how I felt during my 5 day course for FREC3 training. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every day. I walked away with the confidence and most importantly the knowledge and skills of what it takes to be a first responder. The equipment used and the facilities available are second to none, it really gives you a great idea and insight as to what to expect in real life situations. Just finished a fantastic mental health first aid course delivered by Graham at Avonmore training solutions Lisburn. So much information and ideas to take away to my work place on improving mental health policy and procedures and being a better listener, support and sign poster should anyone need a safe and confidential space and time to talk. Graham is not only a trainer, he is an enabler to allow you to develop in you own style, speed and within your own capabilities. Well worth attending for any company taking mental health of their people seriously.
