Abolute garbage

Absolute garbage. They lock you in with 399 payment then proceed to sandbag you with hidden fees and getting hold of their support is a nightmare. If you're reading this. Do not sign up for their Autopilot plan. Not only does it not live up to it's promise, they made made me miss a Delaware filing.

Unresponsive and Unreliable – A Nightmare Experience

When things go wrong, you get absolutely no response.

In 2023, they supposedly filed the Texas State Annual Report for my LLC. However, when I checked for the 2024 filing, I was shocked to see a warning on the state’s website stating that my 2023 annual report was never filed.

As a result, the state canceled my company’s status. Unbelievable. Since February 20th, I have been waiting for a response, yet I have received absolutely nothing. When I try to get information about the situation, no one bothers to answer.

Imagine paying for a service, thinking everything is taken care of, only to later find out that your company has been shut down.

I deeply regret choosing this company. Stay away unless you want your business to be at risk!

Note: They solved the problem they created. It took a long time, but it was solved. Thank you.

Terrible chat service and slow response time.

I firmly believe that Firstbase offers a valuable service, and it provides good value for the money. However, I must express that the customer service, particularly the poor quality chat feature, is utterly ineffective. It renders the entire support system sluggish and delayed responce. A significant drawback compared to companies employing INTERCOM for their chat support is the inability to view any previous chat histories with support agents. The AI bot is also frustrating. I would prefer if they transitioned to a more efficient chat support system like INTERCOM or Help Scout, where continuing previous conversations is possible. Overall, the support quality is subpar.

Many hidden fees, unprofessional customer service

This company does what they say on the tin but the price advertised is not the reality. There are hidden costs unknown to a first-time person setting up an LLC which inflate the cost to double what is advertised $399USD. It'd be nice to have some transparency upfront, because after you pay the $399, you have no choice but to pay the other add-on fees otherwise you risk wasting the $399 you paid. Also, I stayed up late to 11:15 pm to attend a meeting with one of their staff, who then cancelled at 11:02pm without so much as a reason or an apology.

Bad service, Bad Product... Worst company EVER!!!!

WATCH OUT!!!
This company is shady.

I requested refund within their 7 day policy. They tried to save me. After some back and forth told me i am no longer eligible for a refund while they were the one causing details. The request was made within the timeframe.

PRODUCT
The platform is very glitchy.
They require notarization. I did twice and they are asking me to do it a third time because their system is not dectecting my completion from onenotary.

SERVICE
Ana from support provided conflicting info.
She said they cannot send my request to DE gov because I am missing a legal address.

When requested a refund. She said sorry we already sent your documents over to the gov.

If you value your business, I recommend going to any of the competitor.

They don't even believe in their own product.
Firstbase offer a refund of only 7 days, whiletheir competitors offer a 60 day refund.

I shared my experience. Please use caution if you still decide to work with them. You will get a glitchy platform and very poor support.

We used Firstbase to setup US company

We used Firstbase to setup US company, EIN and bank account. The process was straightforward and seamless. We had to setup a subsidiary in our home country, and for this it needed support from the Firstbase team. And I'd say, they supported us in every step of this process and sent us every additional documentation that we requested for!

Also, the perks offered by Firstbase help us bootstrap our startup! I would recommend Firstbase to anyone who wants to incorporate in the US!

I had a great experience with first…

I had a great experience with first base. Although we experienced delays in getting our business registration documents, the first base team was super helpful. They kept updating me as events unfold and gave him options to expedite the process. I will recommend to anyone looking to register their business in the USA hitch free.

All-in-one service and peace of mind

We used Firstbase to help set up our LLC, get our EIN, a US bank account, and a virtual mailroom. All of this was taken care of for us and the process was seamless. They also offered really good custom service to answer all of my questions before even committing to their services, which was a big deal in my opinion. They were patient to explain the step by step process, how it works, how long it should take, etc. Overall, it was worth the investment to have professional help in forming our LLC through Firstbase and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to form yours with a peace of mind, no matter where you’re based in the world.

Professional and Reliable

I used multiple company formation services before but Firstbase.io is by far the best out there.
Not only was the onboarding very easy also the care and support after successful formation is amazing.
The support is answering questions quickly even outside of normal US working hours.
