I'm thankful I found this platform. The best and fastest way to setup a US based business. It took me 45 days. I have an agent and a mailroom. Super fast, amazing support, super easy to use and everything is done for you. Highly recommend it. They got your back!
As a non-resident founder, I incorporated a Wyoming LLC a year ago with Firstbase, firstbase is not just a place to incorporate a company, it is a full suite of tools you need to sustain and grow.
You get your company filed, you get your EIN, a bank account, registered address really quickly, so that you can start your operations quickly. they also forward mail to your doorstep anywhere in the world.
There are also a lot of other tools that you need as a founder for an extra fee.
I shouldn't miss that you get access to a bunch of perks too when you signup. And the notifications you get about the times of compliance reports and tax filings.
Simply, Firstbase is your companion when it comes to your company, I recommend.

I had a great experience with Firstbase.io. The customer support team was responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was how they stuck to the estimated timeline—they delivered everything right on schedule, which was a huge plus.
However, one drawback I noticed was that they don’t allow you to choose an external registered agent. You’re required to use their in-house service, which might not work for everyone, especially if you prefer having more control over that aspect of your business setup.
Overall, while the process and support were excellent, I wish they provided the option to select an outside agent for more flexibility.

I've started my LLC with firstbase back in 2021 and I enjoyed the smooth process. You will get a dashboard with all important information about your business, keeps track of the deadlines and much more. You also get a lot of freebies to all sorts of SaaS products, that you can use straight away. Definitely recommend as a foreign business owner.

A great experience
The process from making initial contact through providing my documentation up to having my business registration completed, along with foreign entity registration in additional US States was seamless.
I also appreciate that they are looking out for me when handling regulatory matters and providing updates as they become due, especially with the Beneficial Ownership Filing.

Great experience with them
Great experience with them. I honestly found them thorugh a google ad and i chose them to implement my llc because they seemed the most professional ones out all the other options. Beside this they have video calls with you before even paying anything helping you understand what you need in order to own an llc as a non us resident.
It’s been two years since i am a client of theirs and i have never had any issues ever. Whenever i had a questions someone was there for me on thr live chat. 10/10 for their team!

A Great One Full Year of Support with Firstbase
Firstbase was here for our company formation as an International Hijab Brand registering in USA OFFICIALLY and having our EIN and Formation documents which helped us Open our Bank account in Mercury and using Payment gateways such as Stripe & ShopifyPayments …. Also to mention Finalizing one full year with Firstbase and helping us send our yearly financial tax report for the fira time using the Firstbase Agent Autopilot mode (such as great experience & relief) … I would lovw to have new feautures such as heling having a new US Business sim number and other services that would help to grow and expand more easily
